Hi laudan ... there is some discussion earlier in this thread about taking kids to the show, and the best places to buy tickets, etc. There are agencies all over Benidorm selling tickets, but I usually find that some of the agencies in the Old Town (with predominantly Spanish clientele) have better prices than those at the Rincon end, sometimes even better than buying direct from Benidorm Palace.
Just read through the whole thread but as it dates back to 2005 there are lots of different opinions for example dress code "only dress trouses and shoes" to "we got in with shorts and trainers". Was just trying to see if there was somewhere near where we are staying to book so we can decided to go or not after we see what else Benidorm has to offer.
Thanks again
Yep, you will find lots of excursion agencies in the area selling tickets. Subject to availability, you can buy right up to a couple of hours before the show from the agencies, or at the door from Benidorm Palace.
We enjoyed a night there in July. We were advised by our rep no shorts for men. Hubby wore cardo pants with smart trainers.
We went last year the show was good ,also we did not have a meal and our seats were at the front again first drink free so i had bacardi and coke it classed as one drink.
Also, what is the best way to get there from the Rosamar Hotel? Is it possible to go by bus?
Thanks.
luci
You are right; it is not open every night, here are the days when it is open, Opening nights are Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays throughout the year. Wednesdays also during the summer.
Regards, Brigger
I think it only opens 4 days a week, I remember Sun and Monday being two of the days closed. Not sure of the other day...have a feeling it is Wednesday.
From the Rosamar .
Come out of the hotel, turn left, keep on that side of the road and keep walking until you pass the indoor market and come to the junction, turn left and just keep walking passed all the shops, the hotel Dynastic, Levante Club, Melia and Flamingo Oasis its about another 10 mins walk passed the Flamingo Oasis all in all, I would say a good half hour walk from the Rosamar.
Or you can get a bus by walking out of the Rosamar, turn left, cross the road and go down by the side of the Hotel Villa de Benidorm and then you'll come to the main dual carriageway (Avda Mediterraneo)
Cross the dual carriageway and find a bus stop, you want the number 10 Altea bus, this stops outside the BP and will cost you €1.
Or you can get a taxi, there is a taxi rank on your way up, just after you have turned the corner at the indoor market on Avda L'Atmella del Mar, a little way up there is a taxi rank.
Or by following the directions for the bus stop, there is a taxi rank on the Avda Mediterraneo, just before the Eurotabac, when you get to the Avda Med, again walk left, both the taxi rank, tobacconists and another bus stop are all there.
Or, just ask reception at the Rosamar to phone for a taxi for you, it's not going to be more than €6 "¦at a push.
Sanjiiiiiiiiiiiiii
Thanks both. We are only there for a week and I would like to visit it. Might just get a taxi if it's only 4 quid.
My nine year old seemed to enjoy it, particularly some of the acts between the dancing, especially the trampoline guy. Drinks are actually cheaper than many of the other cabaret bars in town and (joy of joys) it's a non-smoking venue The puffers have to go upstairs to a goldfish bowl balcony.
As an engineer, the stage was worth the entrance money, never mind the acts!
it's a non-smoking venue The puffers have to go upstairs to a goldfish bowl balcony.
Firstly if it was a non smoking venue, you would have to go outside!
Secondly ... The best seats in the house were in the " goldfish bowl balcony" ... Glad I am a smoker so I could enjoy a better view. It has extractors up there too so non smokers would also be able to enjoy from the "royal box" haha
hi has anyone got any info on a night out at the benidorm palace ?(ie)type of show meals cost ect.
I started this topic ages ago and I still have not been. I go to Benidorm next week and have finally decided that we will definately go this time. I have booked online for next saturday 18th October. We are going for the meal as well. Looking forward to it finally.

I shall look out for your review of the Benidorm Palace as we haven't made it there yet either. We should really consider it for November as we are staying in the Flamingo Oasis which I think is in walking distance.
You're right Luci, the Benidorm Palace is only a few minutes walk from the Flamingo Oasis.
Just back after a very good holiday. We finally went to Benidorm Palace and had a really good time. We were impressed with it. We did the full lot meal and show. Booked through Benidorm Spotlight and had excellent seats. We thought it was a really nice night out.
What seats did you have?
Because we booked with Benidorm Spotlight we were sat right at the front. I would say that the way it is set out you get a good view nearly all around. We had the meal and really enjoyed it. It was part of a very good night out. We got a bottle of wine with the meal and a bottle of Cava after the meal. I ordered a Bacardi and Coke and was suprised at the price. It was only 4 euros. Go nwith open mind and in the mood to enjoy and you will. We did.
We went on my birthday last month to see the last show called Fusión, which must have been in its final 2 weeks.
The hubby bought two tickets as a suprise and I'll be perfectly honest here (without sounding ungrateful, bless his little cotton socks ) and say that I didn't enjoy it as much as the previous show called Celebration.
There was the same trampoline guy and whilst he was extemely talented and funny, once you've seen him, you've seen him.
Also the same two acrobats as featured in the previous show.
I was struggling to keep my eyes open by 11-30pm and I can't say I left full of euphoria, as I did after seeing Celebration.
Celebration blew me away, it was absolutely fantastic and the costumes IMO were better.
Here's the link and they've added a video clip, which will drive you nuts if you don't mute the sound, but it gives people an idea of what it's all about, if they've never been.
Also, If you click on Characteristics and scroll down, there is the seating plan.
