Hi, I was wondering if anyone knows if there is a cashpoint near by or on site that i can use when there?. Also we have been advised to take malaria tablets so i have brought some to take but so many people have told me not to bother as if there is an outbreak you will get a vaccine anyway not quite sure what to do any suggestions welcome (what did most people do?) We are going on 30 sept. Thanks in advance

Hi - there are cash points at the playa dorada plaza and also a proper bank where you can go(the cash points werent working). Have posted a relpy regarding the malaria on the other topic but there is no vaccine for malaria.JUst other injections that you will need before you go. dont know about credit cards, we didnt use ours.

I'm i right in thinking that there is a section of the buffet restuarant for children and if so what kind of things do they serve (i have a very fussy eater).If anyone can help please.
Ive just learnt that this place is closing in Nov for a lick of paint and a refurb, seems to me that the place is finally on the up
Just got back from HV Golden Beach, and yes they are shutting for a proposed two weeks so I heard to extend the buffet dining area (this started when we was there) and to extend the swimming pool adjacent to the dining area to allow more room for organised activities (such as raft building etc), swiming lessons and general swimming.
There is a raised decking area edged by rocks I think the proposal is to remove this area and make the pool more of a large square.

Im going to Golden Beach in August this year for a wedding. Has anyone got married there? Just wondering how the gazebo works - do all the guests fit in it as it looks quite small on the pictures. Cannt wait to go, just got to get over my fear of flying first! x

we had to upgrade in advance and couldnt do it on the day & I think they very rarely offer this. However we paid around £196 for two weeks for the upgrade.

Really looking forward to this now, but from what Ive heard, the weather out there is very hot at the minute! The food is meant to be very nice, something for everyone. Well it was last year from reviews as my brother went!

just come back from hol village this week had a great 2 weeks ,flight was great and hotel lovely, yes the food is really nice nothing you could complain about, and there are 4 a la carte restaurants on site aswell. any questions just ask
