chilly
Chilly is Alleys the place that used to be known as the 3rd eye (going back a few years)?? And more recently it was called Oasis, then somerset Pride??? If it is I've heard good things about it from others here in Goa.....will give it a try, thanks, GFF xx
I'm not sure because we have never noticed it before to be honest!! but yes do try it out and let me know what you think, unfortunately he (Harry) told me the other night he might be moving to a smaller place next season due to the rent/lease charges being so high, but i will hope that if so it is equally as nice, he is intending to stay open till end of May this season.
Although he does great Indian/Goan food, also does homemade (by an English lady) steak and kidney and various other pies!! i also fancied a change the other night (as you do sometimes!) had lasagne chips (actually no i had roast pots instead!!) and salad for 125 rps....thats pretty cheap !! and was delicious
chilly
...sounds good chilly, I'll give it a try a try and let you know the outcome...Thanks, GFF xx
Have now had two excellent meals at Sala Thai restaurant, almost opposite Newtons. Its run by two thai ladies and the food is the best I have eaten outside thailand. For many years we ate at the Oriental but this place is miles better.

YES thats the one, never had a bad meal there,go there more than any
didn't know the name of it, went there on the recommendation of Sanjay's dad from Ashoka Jewellers. The kids had the butter chicken and said it was the best they had eaten all holiday, we ended up going there twice even though we were staying in Apora, the second time we went there was a singer on
Debi
but always try and stay in Candolim if possible now for at least part of the holiday,
always recommend Floyds Hut We had a week in Apora in Feb but prefer
Candolim,or down south.
