only seen him with short hair (missed last year)!!! the little guy is the one that has a wicked sense of humour and can occassionally just decide to throw cold water over the drinks queue!!!

Oh yes I know his name, have made very good friends over the years with him. There was another guy in the club bar last year though, I am sure his name was Pedro

Just back yesterday.I was in the beach club and we had no complaints regarding our room.The food was better than last year and the chinese was much better.Zorro and his troops were on top form and Jose was an excellent host in the Western.The bar did shut at eleven spot on and it was two euro's a beer.The trouble here was,Zorro's show alway's finished just about eleven.So if you wanted to see the end of it you missed the bar at eleven.A few of the guys working at the resort werent pleased with the early closing of the all inclusive.An excellent holiday again.

hi everyone just got back on monday 7th july this was our 4th year and we've all said it was the best year up to now nothing much has changed but seemed to have better meals this year not saying they were fantastic but this is first time we've come home not craving for anything chinese was much better this year but word of advise first time we went in had to queue and wasn't much choice when we got to front of queue so 2nd time we were first in and it was delicious!! make sure you get everything you want first time round lol. We were on 3rd floor this year and have always been on 8th and god did we know about it couldn't get a lift so had to go down to ground floor to get it up to restaurant on 8th floor but this hotel has always struggled with lifts. already booked for same time next year and got it at a good price, tried thomsons on internet then went into shop at meadowhall then got another number for thomsons off family we always go with and got it £300 cheaper!! anyone wanting number send a message and i'll forward it to you we mentioned we were returning guests and was offered extra discounts but they did check we'd been before! Zorro ollie and chris were fantastic as always and the new girl eva is lovely my husband and friend couldn't stop talking about her and had a photo with her at every opportunity thomsons staff were ok but lee was fantastic he's such a funny guy!! we struggled buying cigs last year but there is a place in resort to buy them 1st week they were 28 euros for 200 but had gone up to 32 by the time we came home but was still cheaper than airport cheapest was l & B at 35 in airport. Anybody going out (you lucky people) this summer if theres anything you want to know leave a message and I'll help as much as possible bye for now

Dimitri is definitely there again this year, not sure about Nick as i only met Dimitri in Bartolo's bar during a late session with Chris and Olli one night

Can anyone tell me if you can hire towels for the pool as well as the beach?
Flying out on Monday-can't wait If anyone's has been recently is it chilly sat outside in the evenings?

Carolc - Yes it will be overcrowded, but at the end of the day, as long as you can sleep in the room, then you don't really use it for much else. When I have been there have been 3 adults, and an 11 year old, and we have managed fine.

Colinrog - You hire the towels from reception, and then you can take them anywhere with u pool, beach, the waterpark in aguamar. And then when u want, u can just exchange them for clean ones. We found this a godsend as it freed up space in our suitcase, and we could have clean towels all the time. I am normally there this time of a year, and it is not chilly at all. If anything it can get to warm of a night time.
