CourtneeLouise, you might like to look at various German airlines such as Air Berlin, Tuifly, HapagLloyd (if they haven't been bought out) Germanwings to see if they fly to Paphos from Germany and thus book a point to point ticket from the UK to their German airports and fly on with them. These are all Low Cost Carriers, along the lines of EZY, but your choice of final destination is likely to be wider than flying in one hop from the UK. You could also look at Aegean Airlines who fly from London Stansted and see if you can travel via Athens to Paphos ........ their product is excellent and the fares reasonable.

Alternatively, turn the problem on its head, so to speak and look at Paphos' Airport website. This should give you ideas of which destinations are served by airlines using Paphos, and also give you the names of the airlines ............... then investigate a hop from the UK to the airports in Europe who have services to Paphos via these airline's European hubs .........

Can anyone tell me why flight prices increase when you make a booking for morethan one person. It appear to increase with each extra person - £60 for 1, £65 for 2, £72.19 for 4. I can understand it if the airline allocates seats, more difficult to get 4 seats together but this is not the norm for easyjet. Therefore it is families and groups that ends up paying more :cry

jayl,

It's all about demand and supply. The more people demand the seats, the more the price increases. It's just their pricing model, same with most of the LCC's. When seats go on sale, there's normally a price structure where the first X number of seats are at a certain price, the next X seats after them are at another price and so on. The earlier you book, the cheaper the price. The closer you get to the day of the flight, generally the more expensive the fare because seats are less common and you're generally more desperate to find something! It's purely the way the LCC's business model works. It's sometimes better to book individual seats; you might get a better deal that way.

Hi - has anyone flown from Liverpool to Palma with Easyjet? I am enquiring about their check-in facilities as they always seem to have large Q's! Am I right in thinking all Easyjet flights departing from Liverpool use the same check in desks?? We usually fly with Ryanair and they have their own check-in desks for each place.

Thanks
Nicky

It's more than likely that they do use the same check in desks in liverpool. They do in Manchester, however if you have booked online I would advise that you check in on-line the day before you go the airport this can be done upto 90 days before your actual departure. That way you go to the express check in que where basicly all they are doing is checking your passport and asking the usual security questions, and giving in your bags if you have any, you will already have your boarding pass as you print this off at the time of checking in on-line.

Do you know something i dont as we been told its just A320 for manchester no A319, 2 at present with a 3rd coming in aug. im in london so its just galley fm..lol

As for the debate on speedy boarding, most passengers i speak too think its a good idea and really like it. problem is some people try and spoil it. we do get people buying 1 speedy boarding then others in group b but there speedy boarder saving there seats. well not any more as we have cottoned onto it. i make sure i check all boarding cards and keep a eye out to stop this happening as its not fair to everyone else.

As for the hand luggage that it has to be a certain size but no weight resrictions but you have to be able to stow it yourself..

Not been rude but please stow it yourself as after helping lots of pax on a 4 sector day nearly kills me, what do they put in them bags.. bricks..lol

EZY A319's operate in and out of MAN all the time, pretty much daily. They're not based there as such, but operate several flights.

I have just read on another forum that Easy Jet will not be flying to Tenerife this winter, does anyone have any information to confirm or deny if this is true, they don't usually publish winter routes and fares until April.
Thanks a lot,

Hi, can anyone tell me which terminal easy jet fly from at Manchester. I seem to think it's terminal 3 but just wanted to make sure. 4 of us are travelling and have 80 kilo's between us. Does anyone know if we can split the weight allowance into 3 suitcases or do we have to stick to 20 kilos a case. We only wanted to take 3 as i'm a bit concerned we won't get 4 cases and a baby's buggy in a taxi when we get to Tenerife.

Thanks stella

stella7,

EZY operate out of Terminal 3. The maximum weight of checked luggage is 20kg. Refer to Easyjet's website for more baggage details.
