Tender gonads of a young Arabian stallion, taken straight from the scrotum and pan-fried in garlic and herbs. Served with a mousse whipped from the horse's final ejaculation, all on a bed of organic green salad

Just put me right off my lunch.

I think this is a wind up - or someone has hacked into his site. :think

Just ask yourself - "how did they get the final ejaculation?" :rofl
Read the reviews - they are hilarious, but not for the prudish. ;)

Just checked out domain registration - it looks genuine. :think

I think somebody is taking the mick. He has got a reputation of being a bit of a ladies man. Perhaps his reputation has got the better of him. I am sure he would find it quite hilarious if he read it and it would probably make his head swell even more! Unfortunately as it says on the website he never reads his e-mails let alone his own website. When we go over in December I will tell him to read it, would love to see his reaction.

May have to try Casa Portugesa, heard about it years back from a work colleague but had totally forgotten about it. Could be an interesting meal :yikes (or not) :que An organic salad with garlic and herbs would suit me.... pass on the rest :rofl

This reminds me of the time we where dining in the Casa Portugesa many years back with a Goan friend , who is still a friend to this day, Francisco was singing away much to the delight of the diners, us included, who where clapping along as he sang, at the end of the song he received a loud round of applause, :clap :clap I asked my friend "what was the song about" he replied " he was just shouting at the waiters, telling them to get the tables cleared up get the dessert for table 2 etc. " This really made us laugh and as we looked at fracisco he just gave us a knowing wink ;) Yes a proper ladies man and a sense of humour :rofl

Thanks Papa

Sorry if I didn't make it clear I've read the web site and the reviews and did realise it's not right. (Had a good laugh though) :rofl :rofl I have to admit I read the web site at work during my lunch hour today and didn't realise it was a wind up until I got home tonight and read the latest posts :rofl :rofl

As Me and the OH would like try this place when we're out there in Dec/Jan I am interested to know what their real menu has to offer. As I said earlier I'm not a fussy eater but don't eat seafood.

Have now found out that all this stuff on the website was done by Francisco's friend for a laugh and no-one is supposed to be able to access it! He obviously doesn't know we are the ones having a laugh about it.

Wow,

Wonder if they will still be friends.

reading Chilly's post about being stuck in a bar last night for longer than expected because of the weather brought back memories for me and as they are not of Goa thought I would have put it in the chat thread.
We were in Rio and on our last drink before heading home for the evening. Then the rain came down in sheets. Decided we had better just stay put. Two hours later we had moved up to the next level of the bar( up half a dozen steps) as everytime a car went past the "river" came surging in, despite the sandbags which had placed by now.By that time I was finding everything that was happening hilarious- as you do :rofl I can't remember much about the next day apart from the fact I was feeling just slightly hungover, and also that half the part of the beach we liked to use had been washed away.
Don't you find that if the worst comes to the worst re weather you can still enjoy things? Perhaps you should have a bar for wet day meets? :D
