All this hassle & was due too fly out 2wks Sunday too ....
I was booked with flyglobespan. Anyway have to send in claim form. It says on form signature of lawyer do i need to get a lawyer to sign this, is it compulsory for claim, as i was going to post it tommorow?. Never dealt with anything like this before.

Is it the CAA/ATOL claim form ? What section are you looking at ? I know that the last section asks for a solicitor's signature, but that section refers to holidays which were paid in cash. Does that apply to you ?
