Hi Darren we are off to La Romana on 14th March Tom770 Ret 29th Tom771 understand from your other posts that its a 767-300 but my question is i think can recall you posting that either the Thomson or ex Airtours has no window at row 9, (we are not in premium this year), which we have booked, will we have a window on our flight?.
Row 9 (premium cabin) on the ex-FCA's don't have a window as well as approx row 16 in the economy cabin. The rear of the forward cabin doesn't have a window on the ex-Thomsonfly's however that is row 10 so row 9 has a window as normal.
Darren
You'll be on an ex Thomsonfly 767, if you've pre booked row 9 you will have a window. Its row 10 that doesn't have a window on these birds, row 9 on the ex-First Choice airacraft. (Airtours became Mytravel, which is now Thomas Cook)

Hi could you tell me what aircraft I would be likely to be on if I take either of these flights leaving Gatwick TOM4320 or Stansted TOM5304 both to Paphos. Thanks. x
LGW-PFO-LGW (TOM4320/1) are operated by an Airbus A321-200. STN-PFO-STN (TOM5304/5) are operated by a Boeing 737-800 (winglets). You'll find further aircraft information on our What Aircraft? guide (link below).
Darren
Thank you! x
Hi, me again, just wondered if there was a link to Thomsons inflight magazine at all! Thanks. x
If you are travelling after May 1st, the range is changing and pricing is being "adjusted" so you'll need to wait until after this date and go back online
Thanks for that. Apparently the plane I should be travelling on is a 737-800. Some info on this would be cool. Ie has it got seatback ife etc. My last few flights have been via A330s so I have been spoilt. Im travelling to Paphos from STN so its not that long a flight. x x
Also if when we boared and the flight is not full ie window seats unoccupied could we sit in them as we are a party of 3 they will more than likely put us in middle and realy want a window seat but im not paying extra £70 to pre book seats.
Flying Thomson out of Manchester to Dominican Republic in November and wonder if anyone could tell me the best Extra legroom seats in economy.
Cheers
racegirl3075,
Seating is personal preference. All the extra legroom seats provide plenty of room so it makes little difference really and comes down to what you prefer.
Darren
IFE listing aren't released until the end of the month when BY-TOM-AMM-FCA kindly posts them when they become available. It's unlikely your flights won't be full, or very close to being. If there is a window seat free, again very unlikely, there's nothing to stop you moving in to it providing it's not allocated to anyone.
Darren
Its good to be back on board, suprising how you forget about certain sites when your not holidaying.
Have just received my tickets for our flight to Holguin in a couple of weeks. in the pre booked flight options it states that we have reserved seating but does not show the seat number even though we have booked them online? Is this likely to cause any problems at check in?
TIA.
gc
It's of no concern at all. Seat numbers will be printed on your boarding cards when you get them rather than on your tickets. Everthing is held electronically so you'll get your seats.
Darren
Darren,
Darren can you tell me what plane and seat configuration to Sharm May 20th TOM572
