Have flown with Onur Air from Cardiff to Dalaman - bang on time going out, early arrival back so no complaints from me. Was actually out of the airport and on my way home at the time we were due to land so great all round. Think it must have been the quickest delivery on bags ever.
Onur Air use to have mega delays in the past but i believe in the last year or 2 they have really go themselves together, delays, flight changes happen all the time no matter what company you go with but for the price we paid, could not fault them one bit, and as ex crew myself, service was basic but did what it said on the tin and staff friendly.
My bag was off the plane before I was! no complaints
Bag delivery is nothing to do with the airline, its the handling agent used.

i rung the caa yesterday i didnt book my flights through goldtrail i booked it through airflights i was told onur air are still fine because im flying with them to turkey! but im still worried incase goldtrail supplyed the flight to airflights if that makes sense, trying to get in touch with them is so hard!

Onur Air are a charter airline and operate for several tour operators. Goldtrail et al had seats onboard their flights, but are not part of the same group. Onur Air have not ceased.

ive emailed them and they asked for a booking reference and postcode i gave it to them and taking ages to hear back!

As you can imagine, there are a lot of people in your position so a little patience is probably needed. Imagine the stress they are under at the moment. You might find the dedicated Goldtrail topic useful rather than this one.

Onur air haven't ceased trading. Goldtrail buy seats on the aircraft so to speak but Onur air is used by many Uk agents and is a charter company.

Do you have a flight number? We are a UK based holidays website so don't normally cater for those overseas. If you can supply your flight number, I'll see what I can find out for you. Onur Air conform to EA safety standards so there's nothing for you to worry about.

OHY1491/2 are operated by an Airbus A321-200. TC-ONS is normally assigned to the flight.

Just got back from turkey today with onur air, and people seem to under rate this airline on the internet.
basically you get what you pay for and if you want to get there for a holiday it will do the job. They seem friendly and kind but they do seem to hide behind the curtain for a bit of the flight, and they have good take offs and landings, well we did
