Thanks.

What does ex FCA mean?

Are the bulkhead seats the ones at the front?

Merged to existing Thomson Airways topic.

ex FCA means the aircraft that used to form part of the First Choice fleet until they were merged with TUI.

Bulkhead does indeed mean seats at the front, but can include other seats throughout the cabin wherever there is a dividing wall

Katykaycd,

Welcome onboard :tup
The flight (aircraft) schedule hasn't been released for W11 as yet, but the EMA-SSH-EMA rotation is normally operated by a Boeing 737-800 (winglets). We'll be able to confirm it for you in a month or so. Further aircraft details are available on our What Aircraft? guide (link below).

Returned from Aruba on Sunday. Booked Premium with First Choice Row 9C, D and E boths ways. Outbound flight had 9 rows in Premium (back row) inbound 10 rows. Very inpressed with the service both ways, especially as I had read that the inbound flight would be rather lacking in service ...... but this wasn't the case on our flight. Only thing I would say is that I am pleased that we didn't have row 10 on our inbound flight, as if sitting in seat 10C would have encrouched my space due to the curtain being pulled around to cover toilet access.

Having always travelled with Thomas Cook on all previously holidays, but First Choice wins hands down and will definately be flying with them again next year ...... well done First Choice, and thanks Darren and Co for all your helps and advice in choosing the seats!

Regards,
Pat

ps Had a great holiday in Aruba

Hi,
I've just booked a holiday to the Maldives with Thomson flight TOM054 leaving Gatwick 18.00hrs on Sept 12th 2010. I assume that the plane will be B767 2-4-2 lay out?

Does anybody know where the plane will be flying in from so we can check the arrivals board in advance for delays etc?

My partner would also like to know what the in flight meals are most likely to be in economy? She's vegetarian whist I am normal adult meal.

Thanks in anticipation,

Ian

ianuk74,

LGW-MLE-LGW (TOM054/5) are operated by a former First Choice Boeing 767-300/ER (winglets). The aircraft comes in from Canun, Mexico (TOM078/9). You'll find further aircraft information on our What Aircraft? guide (link below). Meals are normally chicken or beef so you may want to order a vegetarian meal. This can be done online at Thomson flight Extras.

Hi again,

I can select my flights now and want good window seats - on my flights TOM048/49, can you tell me if 2G/F are good or not?
Reply
Adam.A,

Seating is personal preference. 2G/F are as good as any others in the premium cabin.

sandy149,

Thomson Airways have IFE on all flights apart from those operated by the Boeing 737-300 fleet. MAN-DLM-MAN (TOM882/3) are operated by Boeing 757-200. You'll find aircraft information including seat plans, photos and IFE details on our What Aircraft? guide (link below).

Hello

Can anyone tell me whether our Thomsons flight to Sharm El Sheik will have any inflight entertainment

flying from BHX, I believe the flight no is TOM 822. I have prebooked seats and the seat config is 2 4 2, just wondered whether its seat back TVs or those drop down ones.

Many thanks

mrselliott,

Please refer to my post above to sandy149. BHX-SSH-BHX (TOM822/3) are operated by a Boeing 767-304/ER (short haul / winglets). You'll find aircraft information on our What Aircraft? guide (link below).
