Glasgowkiss, please dont go into the shop to "confront" the staff, they didnt cancel your flights and have no control over the flight programme. You may find if you go in there and kick off they will be less likely to want to help than if you go in there and see what they can do for you.
Egypt isnt selling, a lot of the flights have been cancelled so they can put extra seats on the popular family routes, like Majorca and Costa Del Sol. It's not personal.
well tried there customer services and there head office they said go into the store where i booked it . either get me shifted onto an earlier flight as there is one or pay the excess to the hotel to keep my room on. so thats all there complaints. custumer advisor,or head office are saying the passing the buck to the stores so you got no option to go into shop and confront them.
anyway if you end up with a later flight home and your orig booking was an early flight and they changed it and have to pay to keep your room open keep your reciept and when you return back home you can claim £20 back per person. i know its not the full amount but atleast its somthing
