What To Do in Cozumel?

Hi- I know many of you have been to Cozumel. We're going to Cozumel in 2013 and wanted some suggestions. We love to swim in the ocean part of a day and see the sights the other part. Any ideas?

Best thing we have done on Cozumel was the Royal Swim with dolphins at Chankanaab Park.
