Must agree with you Doe, my son's screen went last week and a replacement was sent from Amazon with no hassle, he has to return his to them and they gave him a label and contact information for Yodel who were to pick it up at the house
Just a pity Yodel are absolute rubbish and have let Amazon down, collection was arranged for Monday between 8am & 10am and guess what? they still haven't been to collect it, Yodel = USELESS
