The original booking for the disneyland hotel at disneyland paris was made last year in september by my local travel agent(Co-Op Travel) But now I want to upgrade to junior suite in castle club at disneyland hotel.

Would I be able phone disneyland hotel itself and ask for the upgrade to junior suite at the castle club in disneyland hotel even though the travel agent book the original booking back in september without going back to my local travel agent(Co-Op Travel) also would be able to add half board meal vouchers when I reserve cafe mickey, Auberge de Cendrillon, Blue Lagoon, King Ludwig Castle, The Steakhouse and Restaurant de Stars be phoning the restaurant reservation also with going back to my local travel agent(Co-Op Travel).

The reason I want to upgrade to junior suite in the castle club is because of my Noonan syndrome I have difficulty get in and out of an deep bathtub and would rather have and shower during the 4 nights I be staying there form 21st march to 25th march 2013.

Also is it true that all the rooms at booked in Disneyland Hotel.
