Hi there, Corfu is a lovely place and has many resorts that are suitable for everyone.I always stay in st george south but it may be a little too quiet for you.Not far from kavos you have Messonghi and Moraitika.Both are lively resorts with plenty of bars,shops etc.You could try looking for reviews of these places before you book,it might help you decide.Corfu Travel Guide has many reviews.I,m sure you will enjoy Corfu,i would pick any of the greek islands first,people are so welcoming and friendly,you won't want to go home!!

Kassiopi in the North East of Corfu sounds ideal for you!

I would also recomend Kassiopi, having just booked to go there ourselves. It has a pretty harbour along with plenty of eateries and bars but far enough away from the teenagers of Kavos. Passed through there on way to another resort a few years ago and can't wait to stay there now.

I stayed at the Kanali Apartments in Sidari last year, which where lovely- great views and clean rooms. The owner, an English lady whose name I can't remember, has been living out there for several years and is really lovely.
There is some nightlife in the centre but you're far enough away from it (about a 1-15 min walk, no hills) and there are some lovely restaurants, like the Three Little Pigs, which has Greek dancing nights.
I went with my boyfriend and we were looking for a good mix of relaxation but also a livelyish atmosphere, and these apartments were great.
