Hi all just to let everyone know we still havent resolved the pool saga
and according to our estate agent they say the lawyer will be in touch but obviously this is to tell us how much this is going to cost us which really i dont see why we should be having to do all this as we bought a house in good faith with a pool but now getting told it isnt ours by the builder who also owns the pinokyo nursery opposite our house seemingly our title deeds tell us it part belongs to us but he says it belongs to nursery
