We are going to the Kiotari Bay in 2 weeks and like you have read the reports which all look pretty good. There is another forum going at the moment where there are quite a few helpful hints about the hotel and the island. There are also photo's in the gallery that someone kindly posted.
So when are you going???? We fly on the 28/06 for 2 week (We were originally going to Kos but got cancelled by FC) So quite a few people have transfered to this hotel.

Hi All Got back last sat from 2 weeks at Kiotari Bay so if anyone wants any info just ask!!!
We fly out on Wednesday this week to Kiotari for 2 weeks. Did you have a good time??? Was there any bad points about your holiday?? Any information would be really appreciated.
Thanks
We are due to go to Kiotari Bay in 4 weeks. Dont suppose you could tell me whether the hair dryers in the rooms are proper ones or those machines on the bathroom wall with a big tube coming off? What type of room did you stay in? Do you have any piccies you could post to the site?
Yes the hairdryers are the ones on the wall, but to be honest i took my own but it wasn't much better as there power is not a strong as ours.
We had a twin room which was right on the pool and was very spacious we had a cot in our room too and we still had room to move about, There was plenty of wardrobe space and about 10 coathangers. You need to put your card in the slot to keep the power on but we found that our boots advantage card did the same job, so we could leave our air con on! Friends we went with had a faimily room which was two twin rooms but they changed to be next to us as there kids were only 3 and didnt want to be in a separate room. It was a bit breezy in the evenings but towards the end of our holiday it was turning into a warm breeze. The pools are lovely they are cold but once you get it its fine...best just to take a running jump!!
I will warn you... there were lots of germans and italians so be prepared to do the sunbed run nice and early.
If you come out of the front of hotel and turn left 10 min walk in a supermarket, its a bit cheaper if you need nappies and stuff, If you come out the back through the blue gate and turn right you will come accross small supermarket and nice bar to watch footie on bbc or itv!
Hope this helps, have a lovely holiday
Lou

We go in the morning and are all very excited dont think the kids will sleep. me neither. Just going to get my boots card out and pack it!!
Thanks for the info.
BYeeeeeee
Could anyone tell me if men are expected to wear long trousers at meals times at this hotel. We went to Atlantica princess in Rhodes a couple of years ago and they refused to let my husband into the restaurant unless he had on long trousers. This is such a pain when its so hot and means men have to go and get dressed again after dinner.
Hi,
so where is the problem of dress code's its for everybody who uses the restraint's benefit.. I personally also wearer a tie and jacket for dinner no matter what time of year or what the temp's are after all its only common courtesy
Im looking at this hotel for next year for myself and 3 kids. Its looks great but my only reservation is the long transfer, the brochure says 2.5 hours!
Could anyone give me few ideas as to how accurate that is. An earlier post says 1 hour is there any other feedback?
Thanks for you help!

Am due to go here in Aug, after being cancelled from Kos Aqua Beach, have read there is building works going on outside of the hotel, can anyone who has been recently advise to what extent the building work is & can it be heard all day long? I phoned First Choice & they advised that there is no building work going on there,
Firstly our transfer time to the hotel was 1hr but we didnt have any drop offs to do, on the way home our transfer time was 1 hr 45 mins as we did couple of pick ups.
Secondly there is building works outside the hotel as they are building new hotels around it, But from our room and 'spot by the pool' nothing could be heard. It was nearer the chldrens play pool and playground which we did go down to during the day and didint notice any noise.
Hope this helps
Lou

We fly out to Kiotari Bay next week after cancelling our Kos Aqua Beach Club nightmare. We were getting all excited until we read some disastrous reviews about room cleanliness, food, building works, etc. One review said that they had run out of complaint forms for the First Choice customers it was so bad!!
Please tell us what you found as you seem to be the latest person to visit.
Thank You.
