We are jetting off on the 13th August our 3rd time in Tunisia.
I went to the Houda last October with my husband, 2 daughters and sister and brother in law. The room we had was a suite which had 3 bed rooms. My sister and her husbands room had a balcony and bathroom. My daughters room had a balcony, which was shared by our room and they also shared our bathroom. The rooms had a sea view.
Hi can anyone please tell me if men have to wear long trousers for meals, we are due to fly out this weekend.
Hi can anyone tell me if men have to wear long trousers at meal times?
my husband used to wear 3/4 length trousers in the evening, but during the day he wore shorts in the restaurant. I'm not sure about the dress code in the themed restaurants as we didn't go in them.
HI can anyone tell me if the entertainment at the Houda Golf is outside at night. Going on Sunday .
yeah it is outiside and the shows are great when we went they had a beach party which was good aswell just got back 2 weeks ago you will love it, if danny is there get in with him he is wicked, we think everyone loved him also there is mumo, rico,Kamero and of course Imed, you will love the animation that is for sure! you will know when there coming because you will hear ' Helloooooooooo' its like there little Motto. Mumo likes saying 'You shut up, you rubbish. and Rico likes kissing people on the head but all the animation are great!!. Enjoy your holiday
Thanks for the reply. We are really looking foreward to this holiday and have mainly chosen it as it is family orientated. Do you have any other interesting info or tips.
Also i have heard there is a shop outside the gates somewhere that is cheaper than the hotel shop, i have never found it has anyone any info on this???
We are going to the Houda in Aug,have seen from reviews etc that they allocate you a table and a time for dinner, could anyone tell me anymore about this system as we have a disabled son who needs food when he takes his medication. We are concerned that we may not get the right time allocated to us to ensure that he can have his meal at the time he has to take his medication.Does anyone know how flexible they are,can we ask for a certain time. Many thanks to anyone who can give us any info.
i have found on the two times i have been to the hotel that i have been able to choose what sittings i wanted, i can't remenber exact times but for evening meal i think it was 5 to 7 then 7 to 9 but not certain, lunch is also like this. breakfast however you just have when you want betweeen 7 to 10 am i think. there are also snacks available, throughout the day. the people at the hotel are very helpful so just ask them and am sure they will work something out for you
Corinnajane-Many thanks for that info really helps to put our minds at ease.
Only a week left till we go back to the Houda hotel, i can't wait. anyone else going to be there between 27th May and 10th of June le me know. at the moment just trying to decide what i can take out of my case to make it lighter.
