Hey, hey, hey it's dreaded weigh day! I hate this :swear dieting marlarky. Never lost an ounce. Free willy's gonna look like a goldfish stranded next to me on the beach. That's it I'm cancelling my hols :bawl .
Three weeks today and I've still at least 5.5lbs to shift, I just gotta.

Kianic - good on you, yeah, it's a great feeling when notice your hard work.

I have been trying to get on here for a week now (anyone else had problems getting onto HT???)
Its been doing my head right in :x I wanted to tell you all that i lost 3 and a half lb last wednesday (after putting only 1 good week in and 3 bad)
Joolz bet you just hate me for what i have just said ( I know i hate it when i have been good and feel let down and then some smart a**e comes along and says that) Keep up the good work though as it may show next week. :wink:
I will be back tomorrow to let you all know how i get on (thats if i can find how i got back to HT today) FINGERS CROSSED!!!

Last night I opened a box of Cadbury Heroes and ate 5 mini twirls then I thought :swear it and went back for 3 more choccies. Now I'm livid with myself because they were'nt even yummy. I just did it to spite Will Power, which meant I cut my nose off to spite my face.

Back on track today though. My tickets are ready to be collected so I'm going for them tomorrow. If I don't shift these last few pounds though I'll need to contact airline re. extra heavy weight baggage - ME :bawl

I have missed you all :cry:

Joolz do you only have a few pounds to lose :hmmm I know it can be sooooo annoying when they wont shift (if your like me you will have it set in your head that you want it all off for the hols) But look at what you have achieved its brilliant!!!!! :tup

I got weighed last wednesday and never lost a once :yikes I was not best pleased :cry: as i had been really good ( i have a bit of a cheek really as i lost when i wasnt 100%)
Now i had two choices i could walk out of class and think :swear it or i could carry on and see what this week brings(i normally go for the first choice :roll: ) but as i have just bought a gorge dress for my friends wedding i choose the latter.(how good am i. Big pat on the back for me)
It only took me about 10yrs to learn to do that (and still get it wrong most of the time :lol: )
Guess what i did last night i am sooooooooo PROUD of myself.
My drinking buddy friend popped in lastnight and brought cans with her and i didnt touch a drop!!! So the dress has come in REALLY handy.

Just lost 2 stone in 6 weeks :lol:

So decided to treat myself to an extra weeks holiday in 2 weeks time to Zakynthos 8)

Cut the cr*p from my diet, no sugar items no white bread, no cakes, biscuits, chocolate of any kind and walking 6 miles a week plus a 10 mile bike ride. So I guess it's true there is no miracle cure.......I'd tried everything over the years then had a health scare which gave me the kick up the a*s I needed and hey presto this healthy living lark really works and I'm testament to that :wink:

I too am having to rethink my diet/exercise.

I found out today that one of my sisters is very seriously ill. I already had a sister with a debilitating illness. So now I am worried.

It has made me think that I must sort myself out.

Have a wonderful holiday you deserve it for all your hard work.

I reallllly hate when you eat a slice of pizza and it totally burns the roof of your mouth. Oh well this cold glass of rose vino should soothe it :!: Hope there's some wide shoulders out there for me to cry upon come weigh day. 16 days of dieting left.

Alsbaby - you got Will Power as your guardian angel.

Misschief1 - un- :swear-believable I have never been soooooooo envious of a person in my life. It's took me 6months of dieting and exercise to lose 18lb. I'm greener than the Hulk.

Felt really bloated in this heat today while I was at work.

Guys.......thanks for your kind words of encouragement and congrats on my weight loss. Trust me though the health scare wasn't worth it :roll:
I've now got to deal with a life changing disease which means I've GOT to stick to this healthy eating lark.

I wish you all well in the dieting but I wouldn't wish you ill health to get to where I am so far :cry:

But I stand by what I said about the diet and exercise.....it really, really works.

Good luck and think of me in my 2 sizes smaller swimmies in a fortnight 8)

Hey, hey, hey it's weigh day (again) :!: I'm one big :pele LOSER :pele I've lost 2lb.

Total weight loss = 20.5lb
Weight still to lose = 3.5lb, but preferably more so I can eat more on hols!!
Weeks till hols = 2 wks today

Well done Joolz - I had confidence in you. I knew you could do it. What is it 3.5lb left to lose in 2 weeks. I'll have a bet with you. I reckon you will lose it all this week so you have a free week before you go. If you do the condition is you take me in your suitcase with you. If you don't - you still take me in your suitcase. That way we both WIN and don't have to think about LOSING for a change. :lol:

Thanks to Jackie and joolz (I am alittle proud of myself :yipee I must say)

Joolz i am sure you can do it!!!!!! 2lb this week and 2lb the next is not unreasonable to aim for and then you will be half a lb under into the bargin :gluck but i am sure you wont need it.

I have stuck to plan this week and i will be back on wed to let you all know how i got on :wink:

I have to go now and wash this colour of my hair.

Got back last night after two weeks of :glynis a bit more :glynis and then some :glynis and plenty of gorgeous Cypriot food and weighed myself this morning - only gained 3lb - what a result :pele Had a bit of a pig out today as it was my first day back at work but getting back on track tomorrow, only 3 weeks till I go to Milan to see Robbie Williams - got to be looking my best then :rofl

Bluemax that is fantastic!!!! :bow I am like joolz, first time i went away i gained 12lb,second time 10 and the last hols it was 8 lb (oh i have just noticed its coming down with each holiday :wink: ) Mind you, there have been lots of times i was to scared to go and get weighed :roll: so it could be more.
You will have that 3lb off in no time at all.

I went to class today and i lost 3lb :yipee :yipee (stayed the same last week) half a pound more and that would have been half a stone in 3 weeks.

Hope you all get the weight loss that you all want this week and every other week after that

I have come on here for a gab cos i am hungry and i dont have a clue what to eat today :hmmm
Should it be green or should i go for red.Decisions decisions.
I dont normally eat until about 10-30 but i thought i would try something new this week and bring cereal into it (never have cereal i always think its a waste of a b section) So i had eaten my weetabix and banana by 7.30 and i was hungry by the time i got back from the school run,I still have not had any thing yet cos as i said i cant decide what day to have.

Hope you are all well :D Keep up the good work ladies and we should all be lovely and slim before we know it. (hopefully!!)
