we are going to sa coma on the 3rd october it would be nice if we had good weather as about 4 years ago we went mid october to ibiza and the weather wasnt very good ive never seen much rain. Even so the kids did go in the pool even though the water was cold, the trouble is im a cold person and was shivering all the time as i only took shorts, but the entertainment in the hotel kept the kids occupied, and i think you tend to walk more when the weather isnt so good and see a bit of the place you are staying.
Castlerock, many a camp i stayed at up there during the summer
Had no rain or bad weather, bit misty in the early mornings but this clears by about 8.30am.
Thanks for the update, may it continue. Fingers crossed
It is a touch cooler at night, but it's still very pleasant, and still lots of people about.
Cheers
Adam
Adam, Don't know who fed you reports of bad weather: it was perfect for both the annual Alcudia Fair and also the beach. Today windier but still excellent (and warm). Cheers
Just seen another thread on the weather in October and found that messages are been left from people who are already there. The weather at the moment is ok
the weather in magaluf has been really gd... today is a bit cloudy but still warm... hope it lasts till i leave on saturday
I wasn't being mischievous - I'm pretty sure I'd read in the Daily Bullsh*t that there were boats damaged last weekend in storms in the North of the Island, but I don't keep back copies of the paper.
Glad the weather's been OK there.
It's been another bright and clear day here in Magalluf, although the temperature has dropped to a more pleasant level today, and I suspect tonight might be a little cooler.
Cheers
Adam
Hope the good weather continues, as we are going to Magaluf on 21st October
Adam, Thought it was only me and a handful of others who monikered it the "Daily etc". Guess it was the weekend before; that was pretty heavy. For everyone else!! - it rained here today (a bit).
I'm keeping my fingers crossed for the weather I fly out to cala d'or on 19th October
Has anyone got any updates on the weather for the next coming weeks please?
We are flying out on Sat for a week staying in Palma Nova
Thanks
Liz
We are off to magaluf on the 19th oct for the week, hope the weather is reasonable, not expecting to much but should be better than staying here!!!!
As long as my daughter can swim in the pool all day that is all we are wishing for
Fingers crossed
To be honest guys, hoping to lay on the beach, or by the pool in late October might be a bit optimistic. The weather is a little changeable just now - bright and very warm this morning (beach packed) but overcast and a little clammy this afternoon. Thought we might have some rain, but it never materialised.
BEEN to Majorca LAST WEEK in Oct last few years ,allways a mix of weather .grandaughter in the pool 4 out of 7 days last year I only managed 2 Brrrrrr
