The weather forcast for the Monaco area for next week is partly cloudy and 18-19°, it can be wet at this time of year. I've been down to the South of France in November when it has been lovely other times it has rained.

You have some pretty substantial mountains right behind the resort so I would expect they will affect the weather.

We were in Nice at start of last Nov & weather was very good. Some lovely warm sunny days, but evenings can get chilly so bring a selection of clothes for layering..........always a good option.

Have just had a reply from a friend who lives there. She says that the weather is warm and she still has her breakfast on the balcony each morning watching the Sun rise. The days are very short though getting dark at 5.30pm. Pavement cafes still doing a brisk trade and people are still lying on the beach and swimming.
