Good Choice went to Aruba last year had a great hoilday so relaxing.
The Tamarjin is a great hotel all beach front and great vaule for money.
You can now use the Divi next door which is included in the price.
Try Eclipse on line a little cheaper than the first choice site, but most travel agents will offer you the same price if you take a copy from the site.
Hope this helps any questions please ask

Reviews for the above
Mari, I am going to the Tam in August. Wondered what block you stayed in and whether you would recommend the ground or first floor rooms.
When we stayed at the Tam we preferred the top floor for privacy. On the lower floor you get people from the beach passing by and most of the time curtains have to be drawn for privacy less chance of any insects or bugs if your on the upper floor. But if you want to walk right onto the beach then the lower floor is for you.
We stayed in block 1400 not to far from the reception, restaurant and towel hut quite a nice position, was for us anyway. We had a great time at this hotel and will be going back next year.
Mari
Block 1400 seems to be in a good position. Do you know if all the rooms have been refurbished now?
Thanks.
Sorry I don't know. But they have a new Asian restaurant called gingers. The hotel seems to be renovating the complex slowly but surely. It did need a little tlc.
Mari
Thanks for the info Mari
We have just returned from a Caribbean cruise and Aruba was the last island we visited. We only went to Palm Beach, which was fantastic, although it did get very busy in the middle of the day, and we did a bit of shopping in the town, which I think is called Oranjested (or something similar) as this is where the ship docked. It did seem a bit more upmarket than some of the other islands we visited - some very nice designer shops amongst the usual souvenir ones. There are quite a few high rise hotel just next to Palm Beach - I think the Radisson is one of them, and they all looked very nice.
can anyone tell me what kind of temperatures there is in Aruba during March/April and what kind of prices i would be looking at paying. Package or book direct ?
Temperature should be around 85 degrees
Can anyone tell me when is the best time to go, in terms of how hot it is and rainfall,
we want to go for 2 weeks, but are unsure about how much spending money to take.
We'd prefer to go bed and breakfast or room only, is this a wise choice?
are there plenty of places to eat and drink over there, or is it restricted to major hotels?
Thanks
I went out to hand some forms in at work , came back a couple of hours later, and the price has jumped up to 1400, same dates, flights, hotel etc.
hmm
That is strange - Have you priced it up with Eclipse?
Starry , i tried to price it up with eclipse but i couldnt find the destination. it listed most of the caribbean islands, except from the one i wanted
Eclipse definitely do Aruba - i am going this year and checked for next, and yes it is coming up.
its listed as a destinationin its own right yummy. Was it very expensive Lesley?
Lyn, think it worked out just over £4000 at the Tamarijn, one room. Child prices up to 16
