Not sure why everyone seems to be worrying about snakes. We have seen snakes in our garden in the UK, but so far never in Turkey, and we have been going for years.

its not the snakes i worry about its those dam wasps

ok whats the deal with these so called huge wasps ..... are they as damned annoying as our wee blighters, my daughter is gonna freak as she has had a couple o bad experiences ?? Is there a peak time for them , we r off to Dalyan 1st timers in July, omg what r we in for !!!

hi jelly just got back and i can report the wasps were no problem here not like when we went to olu denniz.
you will see some but they dont bother you much,the mossies were ok as well a few about but not too much of a problem.
you will love dalyan i have done a report on here for info.
