Hi tequilagirl - yes it is an all inclusive hotel and in my girlfriends and my opinion a very good one. We had a fantastic time and want to return next year for my 50th with all our children and there respective partners.

Hi emdia43 - an optic is what you find in pubs, spirits in there bottles with a measuring device attached.

Any nore questions just ask and I will do my best to assist.

Thanks Nick- I know what you mean now.... the little thingy that empties and fills up when you get a vodka or something..... do you mean you had an unlimited supply of booze in your room?

Absolutely it was brilliant. Also had a fridge with coke etc, water and lager and it was re-stocked every 2 days.

It's a wind up! You might have a few Europeans get their boobs out. But, not so much so to hurt anyone's delicate upbringing. It is a family resort.

Hi you can re-assure your wife all will be fine. Stayed at hotel last year and like us you will have a fantastic time. No nudists at all, like previous poster says, topless is as far as they go. Beach is fantastic, locals will try and sell you there goods and that includes the weed!! Have a fantastic time I am so jealous!

We went there a few years ago now, to the Beaches Boscobel. it was our third time as we really liked it.
The market in the town is quite interesting. The Dunn Rivers is a must, I didn't go as my children were too young but my sister went and said it was fabulous, quite strenuous though. We did the dolphin cove where I swam with the dolphins and my children petted them. if you do that make sure you get to do all your activities in the morning, otherwise there is alot of hanging around. As I did my swimming in the morning and then had to hang about for 3 hours for children to do their's in afternoon.
Didn't venture out of the resort on evenings but entertainment was fantastic on site.
Hope that helps

We did the Dunns River Falls trip and it is fabulous, a must in my opinion.

Hi all

Looking to book this hotel for March 2009, I have read many reports and can see it is a great place to go but I have one thing to ask

The only thing Ido not like when going on holiday is getting up early to get a place by the pool (not really a beach person) Are there plenty of places around the pools ?
Thanks

whilst we were there we found that you could easily get a sunbed either around the pool or on the beach.

on our second week we did find that the pool area filled up but people would stay around the pool for a few hours and then they seemed to move else where.

we did find this hotel was alot more relaxed than others that we have been to,so it was a nice change that we did not have to get up at the crack of dawn to get a sunbed.

if we couldnt get one around the pool we used to go on beach and then round about 1 we would go back to the pool area and always got a bed

hope this helps
