Hi Sharon,

We were very impressed with the Rosamar. Rooms were clean and staff very helpful.

The entertainment was OK, but not particularly family orientated. Lots of quizzes etc which were fine for the adults, but a bit boring for the kids. Just one guy organising it all, but he worked hard and ran some activities during the day too e.g. Pool tournaments, archery etc. There was a fire eating show one night and the place was packed out.

We found the guests to be a mixture of families and young adults, and yes, Thomsons do run Freestyle from this hotel - there is a Freestyle Board up in reception. Actually the blend seemed to work well, no problems at all. It was a bit noisy at times, but we were all young once!

I must admit we were a bit disappointed with San Antonio Bay, it's very English orientated - not too many Spanish type restaurants, but I suppose they cater for what most people want.

All in all an excellent holiday, and I would definitely recommend the Rosamar.

I cant wait to go back.
I too agree about the food.
I always ended up with steak or curry, which I loved but could have got that at home!
My friend (who I always meet there yearly as we 1st met at The Rosamar in 2003) and I, asked Kike the bartender (is he still there I wonder?)where was the nearest place to find some traditional spanish food or a tapas bar.
He laughed and said 'best fly to Seville!'

Sharon xx
