I have been trying to get a price from the Protur-Hotel web site to go to the Palmeras Playa in Sa Coma. Every time i put the august date in for 2005, the date on the web-site comes up as 105 for some reason. :bhead

As anyone had this problem? If so do you know how to solve the problem?

Re Protur website. Put the arrival date in then length of stay and it should be ok (I think that's what I did when I booked Safari Park for October). :D

Gerry. Don't forget to post a review for Sa Coma/Bougie. If you go into the Brittania/Kings Head let me know what it's like - we are going in October - wish it was sooner - can't wait :(

Hi. If you send an email through the Protur website to check on price/availability someone will get back to you in a couple of days (they did when I emailed them for the price of transport to/from airport to the hotel and info on the rooms etc. Gail

Hi,
We are thinking of going to Sa Coma in September for between 7 to 11 days,We were thinking of stopping in the Safari Park Apartments, is it suitable for 2 year old child and also is it very German orientated as other reviews suggest?
MANY THANKS

Also are there any bargains out there to be had for sa coma?

Hi Jem. I love Sa Coma. We are going in October for a week, staying at the Safari Park. Haven't been for about 6 years so looking forward to seeing how it has changed. Only places I remember are the Britannia and the Kings Head and British Baron (the latter two vaguely). Have a good time.

safari is nice hotel, ive stayed there. the resort hasnt changed much in last few yrs only the fact that alot more british going there (used to be alot of german) but mainly brits and more popular now!!!!!!!!
it used to be a case of 'wheres sa coma?' 'never heard of it' but now its very popular!

What is the journey like from the airport to Sa Coma is it an easy drive and easy to find, (as i cant decide to go on a package hol or all booked seperate). never drove in majorca before is it easy?

It is very straightforward, the biggest problem at the moment is all the roadworks taking place to upgrade the road. It is about a 1 hour drive depending on traffic!

For Travelagent-jem. Hi Jemma. I have read an earlier post from you where you say your parents live in Sa Coma. Have they retired there? What do they do over the Winter period. I think you said their property was near the Bouganvilla. Is this a residential area? Would love to buy a property there. I have been trying to find out the name of the apartments opposite the Britannia. If you stand outside the Britannia and look right there is a bus stop on the opposite side of the road and just behind there are some private apartments. When I first visited Sa Coma (in 1989) one of these apartments was for sale and ever since I have thought I would love to buy. I dont suppose you know the name of the apartments. Any info very much appreciated. :bow Gail
