No you are spot on it is Kalamaki in Zante.
I've had a quick browse for you and although I've read about 6 or 7 reviews none of them mention a hairdryer. Unless you are informed otherwise I would assume there won't be a hairdryer as they are described as basic Greek 2 star apartments which probably wouldn't amount to supplying a hairdryer. Sorry, I can't give you a more definite answer.
