, we really feel for you. As it happens, this agency is only up the road from where i work, and we were going to use them for our visas in Jan.
There is no way i'd think about using their 'service' ( if you can call it a service!!!!)
Think positive, you will be on that flight to Goa next week! Do not give up, be on the phone to them every 30mins if thats what it takes, demanding to know where your passports are.
I'm sure youve explained your VERY short of time, and this isn't an ideal lead-up to your holiday is it.
I'd be more than happy to pop into the shop for you.

Nicola, as I posted on the 1st page, it isn't actually that shop that deals with it. It's Astro Travel, all contact details are on the previous page. Only opposite Morrisons on Chorley Old Road in Bolton though.

Hi Sleep have sent you a PM. My brother is in exactly the same predicament as you caused by the same company. Goes next Saturday and has been told to contact them on Tuesday for an update! Who wants just an update 4 days before flying!

When I was waiting for mine last week (from the same agent) I spoke to someone on the Monday afternoon and was led to believe that they pick up a big batch on Monday night for despatch on Tuesday. Fortunately mine were in that batch but when they rang to let me know they had them I asked what the departure dates were for most of the ones they had collected that day....I was told 16 Nov. Bearing in mind that this discussion took place on 13 Nov there is still hope that Sleeps visas will be in the batch collected tomorrow. I have all my fingers crossed that it will be good news.
I must say I am now pulled to this page every time I open up HT site and I looking for the good news post that you have your visa.

We had to go to a surgery to get ours and queue from 6.30am, could have used an agent as we had time- but were too mean to pay the extra!!

Hello Everyone.
I have just rung them and they say now they have sent the lad up to london and he is having to pay £25 to get our visa's put through quickly(don't know or care if its each) they have to pay that(big deal after what i'm going through.
The lad won't be back till late tonite so they'll ring me to let me know they are in the post.
All i need now is the snow to delay the post.
It,s looking a BIT better can't tell you what i've been through this weekend been to hell and back still not out of the doldrums yet but i think i'm getting there.....
Can i say thankyou to everybody for your support in this miserable time
I know there are still people in my situation who are climbing the walls i know how you feel BELIEVE ME. Will let you know whats happening...xxxx
