It sounds like the agents are finally doing something. Please let us all know how you get on. I had the same problems earlier this year. We were travelling on the Friday and the HCI was closed on the Thursday. I called them on the Wednesday morning and was told that they hadn't received them. Whilst I was on the telphone arguing, the postman knocked on the door and Hey Presto 3 passports with visas. Incredidle really to say the HCI had never had them!.

I spoke to Ken (the owner) and he assures me he has NO connection with YOURTRAVELSHOP or any other travel shops.

Fellow Commrades. Well the situation has it stands now is;
I had a call from the T/A to say that LONDON HCI could'nt promise to get my visa done in time(CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS) So they took them down to BIRMINGHAM and paid the £25 to get them done.So now my passports have their visa's in side and attached. BUT the lad won't get back to the office in time tonight so in the morning they are going to call me and say they are now in the post.
Will they get to me in time? They are in special delivery envelopes.
I'm still holding my breathe i'm wishing my life away here.
Will this god forsaken holiday ever happen....

Sleeps - much better news at last. If they are in special delivery envelopes and they are posted tomorrow then they will be with you on Wednesday before 1pm. Think there has definitely been lots of porkies told by this shop along the way and as somebody said before they should get a courier to deliver them to your door!

As you know mine came back to the same agent late last Tuesday. They rang me Tues at 4.30ish to say they had come and rang me again on Wed to say they were in the post that day. At 8am Thurs morning they arrived. If they are special delivery Royal mail guarantee to have them with you by 1pm on the day following the day they are posted or you get compensation........make sure that agent gets them in the morning post and you should (she says with bated breath) get them Wed before 1. I really hope you do.
Oh and make sure you have the special delivery number so that you can track it through Royal mail.

Sleeps Ki77y is right, IF they post them in the morning. You can always go on to the Royal mail site and trace them back to you.

I bet you can't wait for the post on Wednesday sleeps. You WILL be on that plane and ready to party! So they hadn't sent them away at all by the sounds of it. They are a lying load of *@$£. Why didn't they just tell you the truth and say they hadn't been taken in! At least it seems as if all should be OK now though. Bet you are so relieved. I will be too once you get them back.
