if you take the alternate holiday you will probably wreck any chance of fighting it when you get back, the best you could hope for is correction of the price but only if you had the printed proof of what the two holidays were priced at when you booked.

You can't say "I'm going away next week , I'm going to have a great time and will sue them when I get back!". If you don't want this holiday you should have cancelled it and fought for a full refund - if you go you are accepting the change.

ok Steve point taken!!! i understand what you are saying to be honest we have to put this down to experience,it will never happen again i will check and double check any holiday booked in the future,sunmaster are rubbish and i am sure you will have many more complaints about this con firm,the matter is now closed and i will continue to follow reports to just see how many more people get conned by sunmaster!!!one day maybe these kind of people will be forced to treat their paying customers a good honest deal or be forced out of business.

You are correct in that the calas park is sea front however if you wanted to go to the beach you would have walk along the cliff walk and down the steps. The Eurocalas is set further back and to get to the beach you would walk via the road or take the train. You can still see the sea and have sea view rooms at the eurocalas. I appreciate that it was not the hotel you wanted and I would still fight this but go on your holiday and have a lovely time.

The resort transfer to calas is about 1-3hrs on the bus depending your drop offs. We were lucky and got to our hotel within one hour but on the return leg we were on the bus for 3 hours!!. If you can book a private taxi then you will be at your hotel within an hour.
