I lost just a little one this week - ½lb. I'm not hugely disappointed because I didn't stick religiously to my diet this past week. What with picnics, bread, chips

Back to it now with a vengeance. Got that 2 stone target to reach next (5lb away) so would like at least 3lb next week - tough but reachable. Plus my personal target of 3 stone before my holiday at beginning September has gone a little off - now says I wont reach that until late September and Im not having that :wink:.
