Oh Sidney i couldnt agree with you more

. I have been doing this for about 19yrs now

I think i first started dieting when i was 15, As i have said in earlier posts, its not losing it ( but i must admit i do seem to be going the wrong way at the moment

) Its keeping it off that is my biggest problem

Why oh why cant i learn to eat sensible

Saying that i have been REALLY good this week and only tomorrow to go and then i get weighed on wed

. I have been really strick with myself this week so i am hoping it shows. ( it better had or there will be blood and snot all over that class on wednesday

)
