I'm a bit disappointed. No, scratch that, i'm very disappointed.

I put ON 2lbs this week. I have been really good, no alcohol, no rubbish, plenty of fruit and veg and generally ate only the good stuff. Any treats were allowed and included within my calorie allowance. I am gutted. The only upside was that I did lose an inch around my waist and tummy. I think I would rather see the scales lose than the tape measure

. Anyway, I drowned my sorrows with half a bottle of wine last night. So back to square one again. Hopefully the scales will go the right way next week, and its back on the exercise bike full-time
