Quite a possibility, but maybe they have gone about it the better way, trial something new see how it works, i believe its been quite popular on the 733's which don't have entertainment so we will see.
So basically this week, TC have removed Premium option, removed IFE, and from a consumer point of view this is probably not going to make a lot of difference, a few complaints maybe but at the end of the day it may be cheaper for the consumer we will see.
Does that mean that when we go to turkey 20th may from EMA we wont have any IFE ? thanks

Hello, i have booked my holiday to Turkey. Man to Dalaman on 14th june TCX288K and return on TCX288L on 28th June. what aircraft is this please? thanks. Derek
BHX-IBZ-BHX (TCX903K/L) are operated by a Boeing 757-200. Seat pitch is 28". You'll find further aircraft information on our What Aircraft? guide (link below).
Darren
Are you genuinely travelling on all these flights or is this yet another request for your travel & tourism course? TCX288K/L are scheduled to be operated by a Boeing 757-200.
Darren
Darren, i am becoming increasingly frustrated with your comments. I am NOT doing a travel & tourism course to which i have already told you. My house mate who is called Darren works at a travel agents and he is the one doing a course. They is 3 of us sharing a house here, myself, Darren and a girl called Emma who is a stewadess for FlyBe. We have a PC that we all use as we are all in at different times. Do i need to tell you where i work and our date of births before i get accused again of posting under different usernames. This is because its 2 different people!!!!!

they haven't removed PREMIUM, it just isn't on sale for next Summer yet from what some have said!

Darren
but you live on the TCX 767, so will have IFE
MikeBravo wrote:but you live on the TCX 767, so will have IFE
Not always! Of the 10 sectors I've flown with TCX over the last few years, only 4 of them were on the 763's. Personally, I like to watch a film to pass the time once in the cruise.
Darren
As you can appreciate, we spend a lot of time answering questions on here and have a small percentage of members who waste some of our time by constantly asking about flights they are clearly not taking. Given we had 2 people posting from the same IP address about multiple flights, one of which wasn't taking any flights and only after a while admitted it was for a travel and tourism course, then stopped posting, followed by your username appearing asking about similar flights to multiple destinations (look at your posting history), it raises suspicion. Now you've cleared things up, please accept my apologies.
Darren
Has anyone any idea when the latest edition of the TC travel magazine will be available online?

PS: Do Thomas Cook only show one film during their long haul flights?
darren, i appreciate your comments and apology and i can see where your coming from. Reason i asked specifically about the a330 was because i really wanted to fly on one and hence wanted to know. Am just gutted im going on a 757 lol. I had a look at flightcheck and it said it was the a330 so puzzled why they have got it wrong. Oh well. Thanks anyway you do a brill job. Degs.
