garym1308,
I posted current prices here.
Darren
Prices have gone up to £30 for 200 and £40 for 400 now. Mayfair and Richmond are slightly cheaper- Think about £27 and £37 respectively.

WATB,
There hasn't been a list made available showing flight changes after 4th November. You'd have been notified by now if yours was changed. Have a great holiday

Thanks Darren and BY-TOM-AMM-FCA for your replies about the prices of the cigarettes.

Hi, we are booked on Thomsonfly from Manchester to Cancun on 8/12/10. Just received a letter today saying aircraft will no longer be 33" pitch but will be 30" and no IFE on seats. Do you know whats going on? Didn't think they still had any planes with overhead monitors anymore!!
haffren,
Welcome onboard
Unfortunaltely, one of their long haul aircraft was involved in a landing incident at the beginning of October and has been grounded for repairs. Some long haul flights are being covered with short haul configured aircraft, hence the change to your flight. You're just one of the unlucky ones. You may be on one of their sister airlines Arkfly aircraft (763) that I believe they may be using in December, hence the lack of seat back IFE. You'll find lots of aircraft information on our What Aircraft? guide (link below) and this post.

Sorry to hear about your flight change.
Darren
Is there any formula or reasons to choose which flights they alter?
Bit surprised they leave it so late to tell people.
Cheers

ali781,
I don't have the summer 2011 aircraft schedule as yet, it's a little early. However, Cape Verde flights are normally operated by Boeing 757-200. You'll find further aircraft information on our What Aircraft? guide (link below).

gooner1970,
I've not heard anything. All I've been told is it's taking longer than expected.

Sleeper,
There probably is, but I don't know what it is. Given the aircraft was originally due back in service a few weeks ago, the lateness of telling people maybe due to they were expecting it to be back by now.

MAN-CUN-MAN (TOM196/145) are currently operated by a former Thomsonfly Boeing 767-304/ER (winglets).

Hi Darren, I'm due to fly Man to Cancun on 1st Jan TOM144 and TOM145 coming back on 15th Jan. I know even you can't see into the future
, but have you any idea what the chances are of our plane being changed to a short haul one.
Thanks
Irene

Irene67,
You'll just have to wait and see. There isn't a list of flights that are due for change, not that has been released anyway. If you haven't been contacted by the airline, it's reasonable to assume your flight isn't changed.

Thanks for the prompt reply Darren, we'll just have to wait and see, the seat pitch doesn't bother us too much as we are a couple of shorties but I love the seat back entertainment as I can't sleep and that makes the journey go really fast so fingers crossed.
Thanks again
Irene
Thanks again

Hi,
We're flying from London to the Dominican Rep on the 9th of Feb, and have upgraded to premium. Flight is TOM70 outand TOM71 back. Are seats 6A and 6B good, considering we have a small baby as well (which will be on lap)?
Thx in advance
