nato8835,
In that case, you're on one of the former Thomsonfly aircraft. You'll have a bulkhead infront of you. If you have long legs, you might find you can't strech them out fully, there's still plenty of room though.

Just watched the safety video on internet its very weird I thought it was a parody at first with the little children. I can see why they have done it like they have I can see exactly who they are aiming it at.
As usual, many thanks for the speedy and informative reply. As you rightly said, as long as the safety information is displayed I guess it's fit for its purpose!
I intend on selecting our individual seat numbers closer to our departure date and was wondering if you had heard about the option of choosing these online, similar to that of some scheduled airlines? Furthermore, we intend on sitting in the forward cabin and just wondered if you knew what rows on the 757 were windowless, so we can avoid them! I was thinking of 5DEF and 6EF, and am pretty confident these rows have windows - can you confirm?
Regards,

Thomson Airways don't have the facility to book seating online at the moment. They had up to the merger but this had to be removed because of fleet integration issues. You can book specific seats by calling the airline 4 - 6 weeks prior to your departure date. There is a cost involved. More details on Thomson's website. You're fine with rows 5 / 6, I think it's 11 that doesn't have a window. Bear in mind if you haven't booked a meal, you might only have the option of booking seats further back.
Darren
We have pre-booked meals so hopefully this wont be an issue!
Enjoy the weekend,

Thanks for the info Darren!
I am going on TOM568/9 Newcastle-Cancun on 17/8 till 24,5/8 can you please tell me which aircraft it will be and possible reg if known- also will this a/c have seat back screens in economy as it is my understanding it will but looking on recent pics of 767 thomson's there is no IFE in seats ??
Thanks
We fly Thomson fly to Tenerife on 28th.
Does anyone know what in flight films are showing at the mo?
Thanks,
Kelly
I have seen somewhere on this thread photo's of the premium cabin for thomson long haul flights but without going through page by page (and there are plenty), do you know a quick way to find them. I have tried using the search engine using various different things, including premium cabin photo's etc, all to no avail?
Welcome onboard
NCL-CUN-NCL (TOM568/9) are operated by a former First Choice Boeing 767-300/ER. You'll find further aircraft details on our What Aircraft? guide. Aircraft are rotated regularly so it's impossable to know this far in advance which of the 6x aircraft will be assigned to your flight. it's irrelevant really as they are identical inside other than the position of the overwing exits. The long haul aircraft all have seat back IFE throughout. It's only two of the short haul 767's that don't. You'll find photo's of the cabin linked from the What aircraft? guide. I posted the July / August IFE listeing on page 134 (part way down).
Darren
Thanks Darren
Does anyone know what the thompson in-flight movie is for flying to Sharm-el-sheik?
slee32471,
My Mum is going to Turkey in September and wonders which aircraft type she is likely to be on please?
Manchester - Dalaman - TOM882
Dalaman - Manchester - TOM883
Am I correct in thinking that all Thomson flights are from Terminal 2?
Many Thanks
Helen
Your Mums Flights Will Be Operated By A Boeing 767-300 (Short Haul Configuration)

Check-in desks 40-56. Enter the terminal by the central doors and they're in front of you.
Darren
Anyone know anything about my forthcoming flight Manchester to Jamaica 5th - 19th August flight numbers TOM172 and TOM173? Size, IFE, fooooooood? Its been a fair few years since I've travelled long haul and the kids were only little then and cant remember it so im hoping this will be a nice experience for them. We're going economy by the way....the price for premium was ridiculous
