Hi All,
New to the forum but was wondering if anyone could help me with a couple of questions please.
I'm flying out to Male on the 1st May from Manchester and returning on the 16th flight number TOM188/9.
I think this is a Boeing 767-300/ER could anyone confirm this.
I've also booked premium upgrade and was wondering if it's worth checking in early to ensure myself and girlfriend (nervous flyer) sit together i.e. side by side and not across isles, the impression I get from reading the forum is that this is decided the day before so would be pointless turning up extra early to guarantee this.
Thanks in advance
Alan
Reguarding your premium seats. You could give resevations a ring on 0870 1900 737 ( or freephone 0800 032 5473 option 2 then 1 for thomsons) after the 9th of April and reserve the seats that you want.
Hope ths helps.

Hi Darren.Flying Doncaster to Bodrum on 18th June, flight no.TOM 224/225.Could you please tell me the type of aircraft and where it will be flying in from. Many thanks.
Your flights are operated by an ex-FCA Boeing 767-300/ER. Seating is pre-allocated so you can't reserve seats I'm afraid. It won't matter how early you get to check-in.

That's only applicable when reavelling on Thomsonfly aircraft. All these issues will hopefully be resolved when the systems from each side of the merger are integrated and Thomson Airways is up and running.

DSA-BJV-DSA (TOM224/5) are operated by a Boeing 737-800 (Wingletted). Refer to our What Aircraft? thread for further details. I think it operates DSA-PFO (Paphos, Cyprus)-DSA (TOM3350/1) prior to yours getting in wednesday evening.

Hi has anyone been to the Caribbean in April before? If so is it really hot and humid or just warm?
Have you looked at the Caribbean Weather topic on the Caribbean Forum? Weather is normally hot and not so humid but it depends which part of the Caribbean you are looking at.

SNOWY123,
Many thanks
Flying TOM162 Manchester to Cancun 01/05/09 (I hope). Checked Manchester Airport live departures this morning to see if the flight took off on time and it wasn't there Does this flight exist?
Your flights exist, don't panic! Your flight operates under the summer schedule rather than the winter schedule, which is why it's not showing at the moment. You're on the first TOM162 flight of the summer season.
Dep MAN Sat 09:15, Arr CUN 13:45, Boeing 767-300/ER, Flight No: TOM162, fortnightly 02/05/2009 - 05/09/2009

Thanks Darren thought that was probably the reason but just wanted to check. Any idea of the planes schedule for the 3/4 days prior. Have you posted a review on Kenya yet? Looking to going there in November.
As it's the first flight out of the summer season, I can't track its movements beforehand as yet. I might get round to the trip reports but service levels were as my previous flights with them, nothing more to add really. I must say the quality of the meals has reduced slightly and general cleanliness on the aircraft down, but that was partly due to knock-on effects with delays and everything being done in a rush to minimise our delay. I have some wide angle cabin photos undergoing Airliners.net screening at the moment so fingers crossed they'll meet the very strict quality criteria. They'll be available by clicking on my signature. I've posted some photos on the Kenya Advice thread over on the Africa Forum.

Your aircraft will operate TOM132/3 beforehand MAN-POP-MAN all the other aircraft are accounted for at other bases on the 1st/2nd May.
Please can you tell me what plane TOM094/95 Gatwick-Holguin on 30/3 is going to be. Also seat configuration. I presume the seats are pre allocated?. Thanks.
Your flights are operated by a Boeing 767-304/ER (ex-Thomsonfly). Refer to our dedicated What Aircraft? thread for further details. Seating is configured 2-4-2 in economy with 33" seat pitch and pre-allocated 24 hours before the scheduled departure.
