I'm geting excited for you, there's a chance you could be on an Airbus Are you on the later flight (there are two on a wednesday)? Flight details are as follows:
Dep LGW Weds 07:30, Arr PFO 13:55, Boeing 737-800, Flight No: TOM4314
Dep PFO Weds 15:10, Arr LGW 17:55, Boeing 737-800, Flight No: TOM4315
or
Dep LGW Weds 15:50, Arr PFO 22:15, Airbus 321-200, flight No: TOM4352
Dep PFO Weds 23:30, arr LGW Thurs 02:15, Airbus A321-200, Flight No: TOM4353
I'm hoping the underwear is white and not brown
Darren
PS: The 738's are newish aircraft, from a couple or months to a couple of years old. The A321's are from 1998 (2x) and 2002
unfortunately not for us but our overpaid daughter and her family..they off to the alathon[?}holiday village for a fortnight...a week there would be the equivalent of two Greek holidays and id rather have 2 than 1 in the current economic climate
That's a shame, I thought you might get your Airbus for a minute then! At least you know if you go over, get the later flight on a wednesday! I've been given a day off work for working the next bank holiday so I'm in the process of planning a day trip from Blackpool to Isle Of Man for my birthday so I can have a play on a Let 410 and Saab 340; see if I can recognise any simalarities with the car (the night panel function and the bongs from what I can gather!)
i knew you should have paid the excess for the Gripen rather than the sport diesel
thanks for the help

Flying LGW to MLE on May 3rd, returning May 18th (TOM 054/TOM 055.) Any aircraft details please, chaps.
Degs.
Does any know if the IFE for long haul in may/june has been released yet? and if not when will it be?
Thanks Sam
The IFE listing for May / June won't be available until the end of the month. BY-TOM-AMM-FCA normally posts it hwen it's known.
Darren
LGW-MLE-LGE (TOM054/5) are operated by an ex-FCA Boeing 767-300/ER. You'll find further aircraft details on our dedicated What Aircraft? thread.
Darren
thanks for all the help you have given others.
do you know what aircraft will be used for EMA-TFS TOM2681 on the 24th April, returning 28th April TFS-EMA TOM2682?
and ... what IFE would I expect on this aircraft to pass the 4hrs or so.
regards
EMA-TFS-EMA (TOM2681/2) are operated by a Boeing 737-800 (winglets). Refer to our dedicated What Aircraft? thread for more details and my trip reports. BY-TOM-AMM-FCA listed the March / April IFE list on page 57.

First time poster. Flying BHX to Cancun 3/9/09 Premium economy. Looking for a window seat ,are there any seats that do not have a window or obscured view I should be aware of.
Thanks..
Just came across this site by chance, and I'm hoping you may be able to help me.
We are flying from Gatwick to Hurghada with Thomson (TOM810) ON 14TH Aug. Do you happen to know what aircraft is likely to be used and what the seat configuration is.
Also, we have booked 3 Exit Seats, and reccommendations as to the best Exit Seats to book on the flight?
Many thanks,
Pat
Welcome onboard
Your flights are operated by an ex-FCA Boeing 767-300/ER. All the premium seats have at least one window. The exception is the last row in the premium cabin; row 9.
Darren
Welcome onboard
Your flights, LGW-HRG-LGW (TOM810/1) are operated by a Boeing 757-200 (wingletted). These are configured 3-3 with 28" seat pitch. Refer to our What Aircraft? thread for further details, including a link to the seating plan. Extra legroom seats are located at rows 12 and 32. If you want 3 together, you're best going for row 32.

Flying Cuba ex Gatwick June understand now on ex Thomson 767 was looking foward to another good trip in FC premier. Question as there are only 31 premier seat on TOM what are chances of getting seats togeather party size 4.
Also do they use best fit like FC or can you book seats have rang but all very much up in the air they said you may be able to book seats 6 weeks before departure, do they mean seat numbers like 2AB or just sitting togeather, also do they charge for this, seeing the price of Premier upgrade would hope its included.
Any other comments would be helpful.
Are you on the LGW-HOG-LGW (TOM094/5)? They are indeed operated by an ex-Thomsonfly Boeing 767-304/ER. FC / TOM are now operating the same booking / seat allocation system as they are Thomson Airways so one in the same. It doesn't really matter which aircraft you are on from May. Give them a call 6 weeks before departure, and you should be able to request your seat numbers (this is currently availalbe with ex-TOM flights, but no ex-FCA). It's normally included in premium but we'll have to wait and see what the official word is from May once things are up and running.
Darren
