Hi
I am flying from East Midlands in August to Larnaca on Tom 7704.
What type of aircraft will this be and does it have seat back TV,s??
Lakeside1,
I am flying on June 21st on TOM850 NCL-AYT . I was wanting to know where the previous incoming flight was coming from so i can keep an eye out for any delays etc. Also any idea on the reg no,
cheers Grahamy
MAN-MAH-MAN (TOM2656/7) is showing on the schedule as operated by a Boeing 757-200. However, flight logs are showing flights through May were operated the larger Boeing 767-304/ER (short haul / winglets) so it may have changed due to demand. G-OBYE/G have been operating it.

The aircraft operating NCL-AYT-NCL (TOM850/1) comes in from Alicante (TOM1210/1). I can't give a likely registration until the day before as aircraft are rotated weekly for maintenance and other operational reasons. In May for example, the 4 flights were operated by 4 different aircraft. Interestingly, the flight on 25th May was operated by G-OBYE (76W), I'm assuming due to a technical problem.
Darren
Thanks for your reply.
My husband is very nervous about flying and last time we went to Cyprus we were fortunate to have seat back tv's from which he followed sat nav all the wasy. It seemed to help him.
Do you think it better to pay for reserved seating as these aircraft seem to be fairly cramped looking at the reviews?
Seating is personal preference. With reserved seating, do you mean pre-booked seating together or Select Your Seat? If you aren't bothered where you sit, then you might as well save the money and just sit in whatever seats you are allocated. If you want the peace of mind of sitting together, pre-booking seating together may be something to consider. If you want to sit in a specific seat, then you may choose to select your seat. Bear in mind in terms of seat pitch, all seats are the same other then extra legroom seats.

Darren,
The flight on the 25th may ( 1 day late ) departed from Manchester due to the ash cloud that affected Newcastle airport. That would explain the 767

That would make me a very happy chappy if it was the 767, I presume the planned aircraft can change at any time, but hey it's only 2 hours or so so I'm sure I can cope if not...
Thanks Darren

I never thought of that, although I can't see why a 76W would be used as it's not like there's more than one flight so the extra capacity wouldn't have been needed to AYT.

Thanks Darren your a star , ive just booked 15e .
going to kenya on the 16th tom 142 tom 143 back have booked 7a 7b in premium can you confirm seat 7a has a window.
It's only row 9 that doesn't have a window. You'll have an evening meal and a continental breakfast outbound. I don't know what the current menu is as it's changed since I last travelled with them. The main meal will be a choice of beef or chicken though.
Darren
thanks for the quick answer darren
Much obliged Darren.
Has flight date been changed from Edinburgh 9th Jan 2012 to Gran Canaria to 7th Jan 2012?Not been notified if this is the case. Our original flight details not showing when we check booking online,we were due to fly on tom1172 at 09.30 booking now showing xx1928 .
Please could you tell me what plane we will flying on, the layout/seats and if the plane will have in flight entertainment?
Last year we had excellent flights to Bodrum from Manchester - the IE kept our 4 kids busy for the whole of the flight with the individual screens on the back of the seats, hoping for more of the same this year
Cheers

Hi,we are travelling from Newcastle to Cancun on 24th June. The flight number is TOM392.Can you tell me where the aircraft is coming in from so we can watch for any delays.Thank you in advance for your help.
EMA-BJV-EMA (TOM448/9) are operated by a Boeing 737-800 (winglets). You'll find extensive aircraft information on our What Aircraft? guide (link below) including aircraft photos, seat plans and IFE information. Your flight from MAN last year was operated by the much larger Boeing 767-304/ER (328 seats). The 737-800 is a much smaller aircraft (189 seats) but nice to fly on.
Darren
Welcome onboard
The aircraft operating NCL-CUN-NCL (TOM392/3) comes in from Sanford (TOM670/1).
