The advance weather forecast for Menorca has been terrible for weeks now but when you look at the actual weather it's not to bad.We are off to Ciutadella on monday and expect to have a great time as usual.

The BBC 5 day forecast says sunny and hot every day so not sure which site you are looking at. Anyway, why worry about what the weather is like next week if you aren't going until mid-July? Weather forecasts are educated guesswork much more than 5 days in advance so do yourself a favour and don't even bother looking at them until a few days before you go. The weather in July will almost certainly be great as usual so don't worry. In fact, I'd worry more about making sure you pack the high factor sun creme because you are going to need it.

Don't worry guys.Got back yesterday weather was glorious for two weeks.

got back yesterday (15th) , I have never been anywhere so hot! (including orlando and miami), there wasnt even much of a breeze and even that was hot, it got hotter and hotter each day, 11am yesterday was 37 degrees. this week is forcasted to be a heatwave! even the reps say it's unusually hot, it didnt drop below 25 at night either. there were lots of very red people and very miserable babies and youg kids. too warm to get out and about in the afternoon for me, i'm afraid.

I just got back yesterday and all I can say is thank god for air conditioning and swimming pools-if your accomodation isn't air conditioned ask your rep if you can hire a fan-cos its hot hot hot!!

Snap, Got back on Friday and it was our 7th year. We go same time every year and i have never felt it as hot in my life. The humidity was something else. When you stepped out of the apartment(which was airconditioned thank goodness) it felt as if you were stepping into a sauna. But it wont stop us going again next year.
