Since getting caught in the zante earthquake I have read up about them.
Over 6 and under 7 is strong but not major so will not be reported.

When we first experienced the quake in october, our first thought was that if it had been reported here, our families would be worried.

We tried for hours to get through by phone as all the lines were tied up. As it was, nothing was actually reported.
When I did finally get through, my mother wanted to know what they were doing to get us off the island
I did finally find a way to cope with getting a bit of sleep on my last night there, I went out and got plastered

Something I haven't done for a long long time! But it did work as apparently I slept through quite a strong tremour, although I do remember vaguely it happening :!:and although I felt a little rough on the journey home, it did me good
