All rooms are good, but the pool side is best. the hotel food is very good and has a great choice to choose from.

We had room 209 apart from having to hold shower spray and not use hairdryer the room was okay. Great Italian if you head towards the house go thru the little side road you have lotus to your right food nice you will come to Chinese, steak house which is good food (don't know about Chinese) Italian is opposite. If you can find Marbella just down road from trakia hotel can highly recommend.

We went all inclusive .we found beer half litre glass 1.50 lev what is around 40p at lots of bars we also ate out a lot because the food was so cheap , food at hotel was good also microwave if u want to have your food red hot .
Seemingly one of the best restaurants was the steakhouse next door to the Marvel, which closed up for the end of season two days after we arrived so didn't get to try it, top tip for the Marvel would be to put their staff on a course to learn how to be polite and engage with holiday makers, at the end of the day it's us who pay their wages!!!
They just didn't care.

No never they need to take more notice of there guest than sit talking to each other pool bar you had to pay for drinks and 5 minute walk to get another drink in a plastic cup even when to stayed in the lobby

Sunny Beach has got something for everybody, we only went twice to the main front which is a real hive of activity, but a bit noisy for me! There are loads of great restaurants where they are all very keen for your business, good food, some quiet, some not, all very cheap!
The shops/stalls are all great fun, and didnt get hassled at all.
Super hol, big plus for Bulgaria!

Sunny Beach is becoming a very lively resort. There is plenty of things to do for people of all ages. It is definately worth a visit if you have not been before.

Golden Sands is a purpose built beach resort with lots of entertainment, which is great, but no old town to visit without going some distance or on a trip. It is built in a forest nature reserve so is very pretty with lots and lots of trees everyone.
It depends entirely on what you enjoy as to whether you would visit a second time, but I don't think anyone could dislike it.
Be careful on the roads as taxi's tear along pedestrianised areas, and prostitutes are rife but will not bother you if a couple. However, we did speak to a couple whose 15 year old son was constantly approached and felt a little uneasy.

sunny beach is an immaculate resort with lots of things going on at the beach front bungi for both adults and kids, bouncy slides loads to do. the beach is really clean but very busy infact we only went down onto the beach twice. on our visit there were alot of jellyfish so be careful. no hassle at this resort and every type of food you could imagine, try the chinese on the side of saturn hotel and forest hut/garden beside saturn hotel you get fab food and drink at great prices 2 adults and 2 kids for meal and a good few drinks for less that £20. visit the Happly Duck beside the pier for a great night out and it has playstation 2 and x box for the kids to use for about £1.50 per hour, there is also bingo on twice a week with an english caller and dj. take a visit to the aqua park a free bus runs from the main road and it cost about £8 for anyone over 1.3m and half price for under that height, beware that when you enter security check your bags and take away any drinks/food you may have but there is large eateries inside anyway, kids were occupied all day. go on a visit to nessabar the bus is on the main road and costs less that £1 for 4 people and takes about 15minutes. plenty going on in this resort just be careful and only change money in the hotels or the bank otherwise you will find youself paying unmentioned charges if you use the booths.

The resort of sunny beach has something for everyone from bars, restaurants, cafes, shops and of course McDonalds for the kids. Downside is the fact that there are golf buggies and motorised scooters travelling up and down the sea front where everyone walks - someone is going to get hurt! Beach is relatively clean although Sea was full of jellyfish on the four days we went. Would certainly go back again.

the resort is lovely and clean with no dirt or rubbish about . the entertainment in the resort was brilliant clubs all around for all the crazy ones . the beach is fantastic but i would advise to go down to the beach early to get a bed i would definitely visit this resort again

elenite is a secluded resort with only three hotels, so if you want to go shopping then you will need to get a bus to sunny beach, or go on the trips organised by your rep. buses and taxis are cheap, so its not a problem to go out of the resort.
the beach is very clean and safe, there are life guards on duty from 9.30 til 5.30 everyday. if the water is too rough then the lifeguards will travel up and down the beach making sure people dont go out any further than knee level, and children have to be accompanied by an adult. this only generally happens if there is a strong wind though.

The resort itself was faultless, so please anybody worried about going after reading other so called reviews, ignore and ENJOY!!! Anybody who would like any further info I would be only too happy to help!
