Location
The pool was large, with an indoor pool, adult only pool, pirate ship pool for children and an indoor pool with sauna and spa, gym and jacuzzi.Plenty of sunbeds and parasols. It was clean, bright, large and modern hotel with lots of facilities. The food was the best hotel food ive ever had, no repeated meals with lots of choice, think we all came home a stone heavier!
men must wear long trousers in the evening to use the dining room, you dont get told this at booking, you will have to sit out on the terrace, this didnt bother us, but some warning may of been nice, all my kids took were long smart shorts which are not permitted.Poor waiters bore the brunt of some unhappy guests! I would go all incl next time as the drinks quite expensive, although we went across the road to the nags head where they were half the price! But a fab hotel and i would go again.

We were disappointed to be allocated the Atlantic Gardens over the road from the Oasis Hotel. After our inital disapointment we decided that it was just a room to sleep in and set about enjoying our holiday.
The room was dated and in need of a refub but it was very clean and was cleaned 6 days out of 7 with clean towels provided.
The reception staff at the Atlantic Gardens were very helpful and dealt with any queries we had very efficently.
The main pool Area at the Oasis was very crammed with sumbeds and there were not many parasols. As this hotel caters for familys the area was very noisy.
There is a smaller and quieter pool area over at the Gardens which we found and enjoyed better.
There were a lot of Russians staying at the Hotel and I found their manners left a lot to be desired very rude no please or thank you.
The food was excellent very varied and hot and good quality. The waiting staff were very friendly and worked really hard.
We did not bother with the main entertainment so cannot comment.
This is one of the best AI's that we have experienced.

The room is very basic and clean, there is a pool across the road and that was nice and quiet. The main hotel outdoor pool is very noisey and not many parsols.
The food is fantastic and the staff very helpful.
The entertainment is very poor as it seems to cater for just children all night, if they put some adult entertainment from 10pm that would have been good.
You must try the Al a Carte the food is lovely.
I noticed a lot of cats around the grounds.
I did enjoy the holiday and the weather was brilliant, however they must make the website clearer and to tell you exactaly what you are booking apartment or main hotel, in my opinion if customers know they are booking an apartment they would not book.I would not go back to this hotel

the hotel had no faults. it had a good interior very modern.
the maids did a good job at keeping the room tidy and they were very friendly, the reception staff were friendly, most of the bar staff were friendly except for a couple.
the food was plentiful and a good variety for all. you could also have snacks and cakes in-between meal times, and of course ice-cream all day.
the facilities were great. lots of pools for my little girl to play in, sauna, jacuzzi, gym, tennis, table tennis, darts and more.
the entertainment could have been better. some nights were better than others. they start off with kids disco and bingo, then they have either a show or quiz or karaoke. dont expect the shows to be profesional because they are not. however they do try hard to make you laugh and kim was a good singer.
the room was big enough. we had a double bed and a single bed and a pull out bed in our room with a travel cot. there isn't much space for your clothes though. the bathroom and shower were all good. there is also tv with bbc1, bbc2, itv1, itv2 and a good movie channel in english.
the only downside is the location. i am glad we went all inclusive because there wasn't many restaurants around the hotel. the beach is not very good either.
we wanted a relaxing holiday and thats what we got. would i return? yes, but only for a week not two.

The few previous reviewers seemed to have visited the hotel during the building work and unfortunately experienced problems. The work has now been completed except for a few rooms which are still being refurbished but the ongoing work didn't cause us any problems and was hardly noticeable.
We had a brilliant time, cleanliness, service, facilities and entertainment were all excellent. Our 6 year old daughter had a fantastic time and cried when we left.
All the entertainments team were lovely and worked very hard to get people involved and provided us with a lot of laughs over the 2 weeks of our holiday, they even came out to the coach and waved us off when we left so many thanks to Kim, Keeley, Lara, Edgenny and Frederick, the entetainment team and also to Kelly and Louise who ran the kidzone club.
The only real downside is the hotel location. There's not much in the way of entertainment nearby but thats not the fault of the hotel, its where it is and thats it. Anyway, we upgraded to all inclusive so there wasn't much point in going elsewhere in the evenings when we've already paid for drinks in the hotel.
Everyone has their own opinions about hotels, the food, entertainment, location etc etc and we did hear a few people moaning about this and that (mostly pretty mundane gripes in our opinion but people like to have something to moan about!!!).
We had a great time and will return as soon as we've saved up enough money!!!

Upon getting there we were in awe of the fabulous recepyion but we ended up put in the atlantica garden apartment which are more 3 star than 4, and over the road away from hotel in .we were in annex with no reception at all!
The brochure does not picture or advertise you are possibly going to end up in these, and think the reps had that many complaints they had lost heart too,
Pool area nice for those with kids, and a smaller more quieter pool in main complex.

The brochure claims that the whole refurbishment was due for completion in July 2007. There is still a long way to go. The reception, pool and restaurant areas are all fantastic - very impressive and the cleanest toilets I have ever come across abroad. The health club, hairdressers, indoor pool etc are still in the process of being built and look a very long way off completion. Luckily, we only went for a week in the sun so it didn't really bother us.
The food was absolutely brilliant, tons of choice and good value for money - nearer five star than four. The wine was well watered down - we never had a hangover though! Majority of the staff were excellent although the kids club was a joke really. All they seemed to want to provide was "killer pool" or "killer darts" and, due to the age group of kids that week being approximately five, they weren't interested.
The entertainment was pretty much non-existent (this probably due to time of year) but there was a majician's show on the Sunday night which was very good.
I would definitely come back to this hotel (if it wasn't in Limassol) but only to lie round the pool for a week to get away from our cold weather.
