This area i found to be clean and tidy, but remembering that UK standards are different. In all the years i have been visiting this resort i've never complained or worried about the cleanliness. Te beaches are a welcome relieve at times as it gets very hot, and that wee breeze is wonderful. Go and see for yourself.

The resort was very clean throughout and is noticed that everyone takes pride in their properties. There was plenty of bars and restaurants to chose from as we are a young couple i would probably next time go to ayia napa as like more of lively resort. That wouldnt stop me from returning though as it was very laid back and you didnt feel like you were rushing yourself. The beaches were nice even though they werent straight all the way round but scattered. There are plenty of water sports to chose from but the beaches do seem to be well looked after with a high standard of safety as alot of lifeguards were seen. I would most like to return to limmasol next time as a family as i think it is a great holiday for a small family to travel to.

The hotel is situated next to a race track, this is busy all day and most of the night. You can see cars and motor bikes actually racing each other (yes even passed the police station). Only cross the dual carraigeway at the controlled crossings and then be carefull, some drivers cannot see red lights.
Plenty of eating places at the side of the road but eat here only if you do not mind the traffic roar, and fumes.
We flew into Paphos airport, which is beyond description. next to the airport at The Gambia this rates as the worst we have experienced.
Be warned Taxi from Airport to the hotel cost £40(Cyprus) and the return with the the taxi from the rank outside the hotel £25(Cyprus).The latter being superior.
If you are going to this hotel, give them a telephone call and they will send the local taxi to pick you up.

This hotel is on a side street but you only have to turn right out of it and then go to the bottom of the road and it has shops, bars etc..
There is exits to the beach but we walked miles to find a cleaner sand beach with blue water ( Just near the four seasons hotel ).
There is happy jacks and nags head across the road they are really welcoming and do beer etc you can get at home the same price too.. The pool is very big and a little one fo kids and the sunbeds are not the plastic ones you usually get abroad. But make sure you grab a green one.

Limassol, the area we stayed in, is a commercial area, little or nothing in the way of a holiday resort unless you want to sit in seedy bars or stay in your room or hotel. The beach front, (not much in the way of beaches) has a duel-carriageway running along it for miles and should read as the local race track.
Very, very expensive for anything, unless you go back into the mountains. We paid £6.3 cy for a stale sandwich(which went back) a small bottle of water a small bottle of juice and the smallest plate of chips imaginable, staff where also the miserablest I’d met.
Others in our hotel also thought it was an expensive island, you have been warned.
Generally the locals where friendly, but as they where helping themselves to your cash, or you where paying for their quite rich lifestyles, why shouldn’t they be happy.
If you hire a car you will appreciate the good quality motorway and other roads that are better than ours. Whilst driving you may wonder where your UK taxes are used. Well I can tell you, we built their roads. To a higher standard than ours and your paying for them. Tell your MP, you want what they got.
We won’t go back to Cyprus and was glad to take of for dear old blighty.
