Location
The staff are great and very helpful, and to greet us is the doorman who always remembers us, it's a nice touch.
I love the Cypriot people they are the best in the world.
I recomend you visit the market and some of the local cafes nearby.
Hope to be back again.

The hotel is very close to the airport (15 min) so is very handy, didn't notice much aircraft noise.
As we were all inclusive we did not venture out of the hotel much.
To reach Paphos town it is a good 30 min walk along a new busy road, this was a down-side.
The hotel has its own small beach area but the sand is not too good. It also had a watersports school/hire place, but was shut for Christmas.
Hotel was very nice but decor was a little dated but very clean.
All staff were friendly esp. the entertainment team who were extremely hard working. The downstairs evening room was a bit jaded and had a kids disco 8.30-9p.m. and "Bingo-Bongo" at 9p.m. The evening entertainment was only o.k. but entertainment team made up for it by being very enthusiastic.
All inclusive food was plentiful but I would have appreciated more choice.
Lovely pool area and kid's area, but there was cat poo in sandpit (place over-run by stray cats at night)
On Christmas Day Father Christmas came and gave all of the kids a present which was a lovely touch. Weather like a cold spring day so indoor pool and gym very nice.
Overall prob would not visit again due to;
1. Distance from Paphos.
2. All-inclusive not for us as you tend to stay on the hotel.
3. Beaches not too good, better at Ayia Napa/Protaras.
4. Tired decoration.
Overall reminded me of a very clean Butlin's abroad.

The hotel was very clean the rooms were well kept, all the staff were helpful and polite.
The food was a slight disappointment. Childrens meals were the same every night and the rest were just average not much choice.
The kids will have fun as there are different activities in and around the pool and for all those big kids the beach at the side of the hotel had a few water sports for you.

The food was excellent with plenty of it and it was hot. The location was ok if you did not have problems in walking but it all on the flat I just found it a bit far from the shops and other bars but great at night as you don

The hotel is the nearest to Paphos airport so transfer time on the bus only took about 10 minutes. Although this is the nearest hotel to the airport and you see planes landing and taking off closely overhead throughout the day they really aren't a concern and it isn't annoying. If anything it gives you something else to focus on while you're laid by the pool topping up the suntan.
The reception aware is superb and really gives you the feeling that you're walking into a touch of class. The reception desk is on your left as you walk in but in front of you are numerous settees and chairs to relax in as well as the Atrium Bar directly in front of you and Cafe Vienna to your right. Hanging down from higher floors are plants/reeds which add a nice touch.
The Atrium Bar is mainly used at night and gets quite busy, they have waiter(ess) service so you need not leave your chair although with it being busy you sometimes have to wait a while for your drinks. We found it best to get a table as close to the bar as possible then you're always in their eyeline when your glass is empty. The bar also has a large outdoor seating area, which again is not used during the day but gets busy at night although many choose to sit inside as you will see your fair share of mosquitoes in this place. I was lucky and didn

The kids loved it, helping themselves to ice cream and drinks all day without asking, my daughter (8) managed a total of 7 ice creams in one morning, she'd dissapear then come back with one. The kids have their own selection of food which is great, breakfast here sets you up for the day, there is even a weight watchers section! I never ate in the resturant at lunch time as the variety of food at the pool bar was enough, this changed everyday, my favorite: jacket spud, salad and battered king prawns yum yum, I want to go back!
We did all the sports as possible, and our only moan really is we felt a bit ripped off with the paragliding, as my daughter (12) and my sis in law paid 15 cyp each for 20 minutes and actually only ended up with 5 minutes, due to boat problems, we felt that maybe a discount or a free go another day would have been nice. Its a shame there is no beach here as it would have made the whole holiday experience perfect.
On the day we left we saw a wedding here, the bride and groom looked lovely and it must have been a very special day for them having their photos by the sea and in the hotel grounds, its made us think maybe next year!
Entertainment during the day is 100% with the party dances everyday round the pool to the very catchy tunes. but did feel there could have been more to do at night.
We werent really happy about the cats, I know that wherever you go on holiday they are there but felt that the management could have discouraged their guests from feeding them in the restaurant, thats our only major gripe.
We went for a day out to the waterpark which is right opposite the hotel and had a fantastic day, the weather in Cyprus was in the 40s and as we left a heatwave was arriving with tempertures in the 50s.
Everyone says Cyrpus is lovely and they are right, its a beautiful island with lovely warm and friendly people and the weather is glorious.
My final note is if you have booked a holiday at this hotel, your very lucky, we didnt want to leave and will be recommending it to all our friends and family.

Breakfast starts at 7:00 in the morning and finishes at 10:00, i was lucky to only be hungover for a couple of days making sure that i tried the breakfast at least once. If i could turn back time i would have made sure i would have got up everyday!!!! The breakfasts were fabulous, proper sausages scrambelled egg, fried egg, poached egg, hash browns, toast beans tomato's and so on. Every yoghurt and fruit you can think of and every cereal you can think of too. Heaven if your a breakfast person!!
Then you get a pool bar which serves nearly everything all day from 10:00 to 5:30 buffet style help yourself from chips to sausage rolls, burgers, spagetti bolognaise, a brilliant salad bar, toasties, chicken curry, king prawns and then you drinks .........cocktails and beer and then your soft drinks!!!
Then your lunch time resturant opens at 12;30 to 2:30 i cant say anymore apart from fabulous food, currys salads, seafood, caseroles...beef pork chicken. Potato wedges, pizza, ribs, etc etc etc.
If you have booked to go to this hotel then you have made a brillant choice, its great for children, my nephew came with us on this holiday and we only seen him when it was time to eat, he made so many friends and there was so much for them to do (day and night) and also we felt safe letting him do his own thing within the hotel grounds. The entertainment was great also for children.
Me and my boyfriend went for 1 week and met our family there for their second week....we were so sorry we never booked for the 2 weeks. The staff we great, all in all a brilliant hotel would definetly recomend this to anyone.
