This was our first All Inclusive holiday and would admit a little aprehensive. However, most of our fears allayed after reading other reviews.

In the end, this is one of the best holidays we have had. Entirely agree with other comments.

I have marked down the entertainment as apart from one evening in the piano bar, where the pianist and singer were superb, there was not much else other than during dinner, if you could get a table in the " marquee" Having said that it was February and we only wanted to relax.

We have already booked to return in November. I know we will not be disappointed.

First visit to Egypt.

Staff upon arrival where helpful and pleasant. The food was excellent with a wide variety waiting staff where great and kept tables and restaurant nice and clean. The chefs were also most helpful at various cooking stations.

The hotel was kept very clean and our family suite was first class with plenty of clean towels and bed linen. The pool bar staff where great. The hotels main pool has beautiful views overlooking the bay and to Tiran.

What you see in the brochure is what you get. Sports complex across the road has plenty things to do.Would love to return sometime.

What an amazing time we had. The hotel was beautiful, all set out in little blocks of rooms a couple of storey's high all over the complex.

There were 2 parts of the complex. The main area where you are taken to check in, this is where the main restaurant and bar is, along with the beauty salon, indoor pool, night club etc. This is where all the action takes place and most of the guests are during the day and night.

The main restaurant serves breakfast and evening meal and in the evening you can sit out in the terrace area and have your meal, while listening to live music.

The choice of food was out of this world, yes they do have some of the same thing some of the nights, but do you have different veg every night you cook something fresh and is there not a dish you have more than once in a couple of weeks?!?!

For lunch you have choices of the main restaurant, pool side bar, or on the beach where they have a daily BBQ. There is also Lebanese restaurant on the beach which is not on the All Inclusive (but you are on holiday so treat yourself).

The other side of the complex is the sporting side, where you can horse ride, win with dolphins, play basketball, tennis, squash and even go ice skating. Some of the things are All inclusive. They also have restaurants and pools on this side of the complex.

The hotel was so so clean, staff were always there cleaning. The cleaners in the rooms used the leave flowers and makes swans out of the towels for us, it was just a lovely little gesture.

The staff were always friendly and happy and they couldn

We had a really great holiday and would definitely recommend it if you want a relaxing holiday. I would say that the hotel is definitely a 4 star and not a 5 star like some of the brochures suggest.

The rooms are very clean. Towels and bedding are changed daily. When we first arrived we didn't like the position of our room as we were facing a road so we asked to change rooms so we had a pool view, this was done without any fuss.

The staff are very polite; however, I wouldn't say they are over friendly.

The food was quite nice but it got very monotonous by the third day. They will make any pasta dish you like and the Pizza's are quite nice. We were disappointed by the lack of places to eat as the Seafood restaurant at the hotel (evening meals are not included in the all inclusive basis) always seemed to be closed so there was only really the buffet restaurant to eat in, unless you ventured into Naama Bay.

I found that there was a lack of alcoholic drinks that you could have on the all inclusive basis as I don't like Beer so there was only really Wine, Vodka and Gin. Just watch the amount you drink as their measures are quadruples and are far too strong! It's definitely worth tipping the barman as he will keep the drinks, nuts and crisps flowing. We tended to drink in the Piano bar which was definitely the nicest.

The hotel pool looks absolutely amazing and is great for photo opportunities but is totally un-usable as it's freezing! Water constantly flows in and then out so it never has chance to heat up which was very disappointing. There were 2 other pools which were also freezing.

The sea however is fab! It was like a warm bath and I've never seen fish like it. I would definitely recommend that you purchase your snorkels and masks (we got ours from Allsports) and one of those underwater cameras from Boots. The hotel has its own jetty which you do your snorkeling off. The sun goes down quite early (about 4pm) so I'd recommend that you go down to the sea about 3pm as it's much quieter then.

The hotel has its own nightclub (Normandy). It looks like a ship inside and out and was quite good with up to date music.

The temperature was perfect for us. You could lie there all day and not get too hot. It tended to be around 27 degrees. I would recommend that you take an alarm clock and set it to get up quite early as the sun seemed to be at it's warmest in the morning and the bedrooms have black out curtains so you could still be in bed at 12pm and think it's the middle of the night! There's no need to reserve sun beds as there was plenty to go around and the pool side was not over crowded at all.

At the airport there was some confusion with Visas. You don't need a Visa if you're only going to stay in Sharm and aren't going to venture out on trips etc.

There was no problems with insect bites or mosquitoes. A man went round with a machine each night spraying the plants.

I'm sorry if I seem like I'm moaning all the time. But honestly it was a lovely hotel and you won

This is definitely a terrific venue for a relaxing holiday. The entertainment is OK, with some items really good (The whirling dervish is mind-blowing!). Our room had a nice balcony, overlooking a quiet pool, and had the full benefit of late afternoon sun, which made for a nice relaxing wind down after a hard day on the beach. The whole place is very clean, and there were very few insects around. However, do not go out and leave your balcony door open! (They come round with a fumigating smoke gun, which smells like a mixture of fly spray and exhaust fumes - takes ages to clear the stink if it gets into the room!)

You can get away with far fewer clothes than you might think - laundry costs are very cheap, and if you phone down before breakfast, the clothes are back the same evening. Shirts cost about

I have just returned from concorde el salam and i have to say it was the best holiday i have ever had!As i walked into the reception to check in i was blown away with the view, its beautiful.

We were really pleased with our room as it overlooked a quiet pool, which we ended up spending most of our time as the main pool got very busy.

The hotel is massive and its hard to know what is included in the all inclusive basis.Basically its all included. The resturant is lovely(the fresh pizzas were delicious).

If you fancy a change you can go over to the sports complex as its part of the hotel and eat in there resturant, its alot quieter.

The hamburgers at the pool bar are the best ive had in my life mmmmm.I agree with the other reviews about tipping the waiters little but often.

We befriended two in particular(sameh and m.sami) and they really made our holiday.our drinks were already for us when we arrived and they would save a good table for us and bring the drinks over to us.

The entertainment was not what we were used to as we normally go to places dominated by the british but this hotel has alot of russians and germans so the entertainment had to please lots of different nationalities, but we still enjoyed it.

Our stay at the Concorde was very enjoyable the Hotel it self was a little out the way of the main part of the resort(Nama Bay)however the hotel ran a free Shuttle bus witch ran in the evening upon till about midnight . The Hotel was very clean and tidy. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpfull,we found it useful to tip the bar staff and waiters little but often espacialy if you find someone who gives you good service. We thought that the entertainment in the evening was a little poor but we were quite happy sitting on the terrace having a few drinks looking out over the serene view of the moonlit sea.

Just got back on 3rd June Was undecided about booking hotel with Airtours as it was a very good price and also the cheapest we have paid. This was our 3rd visit to Sharm on All Inclusive. The hotel reception is on ground level with a Piano bar on one side and shops on the other. There is a double ballroom staircase which leads down into the restaurant. The whole of this area is air conditioned. This is the first time we have had to buy bottled water. Don't buy the water from the hotel as it is 10 LE (

We had a great time at the Concorde, the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

We could relax due to the fact that the mini club took great care of our 4 year old daughter, there was so much to do for her including horse riding.

We enjoyed the health club with the indoor pool and everything was so clean.

The food was varied and interesting my husband loved the vast and beautiful cakes and desserts.

The swimming pools were wonderful.

The only thing we would fault was the long wait for the hotel bus from Naama Bay. I would definitely go back to the Concorde, but not in August as it was far too hot.
