The snorkeling from the beach was superb. You really MUST try it out. We kept our room on the last day and had a meal and drinks and no-one asked for payment for the food & drink and the laundry service was excellent.
The only downside was that it was too hot to go out and leave the air conditioning.
I would certainly return but not at the same time of year.

The food was great - loads of choice. You could eat either at the main restaurant, beach bar, Italian or pool bar.
Weather was fantastic and the staff were brilliant particularly Mohammed and Harni in the piano bar.
There was a safe in each room with no extra charge to keep valuables etc.
The hotel is approx 15 minutes from Naama Bay - we went on the shuttle bus one night and booked a car through reception the other which was approx

The food was very good and the entertainment especially the dancers were superb.
Access to the infinity pool and the beach was impossible without assistance which meant my husband only went snorkeling once during the holiday. Friends we met on the holiday arranged transport for us to go into Nhaam Bay with the wheel chair for one night and the resort was very lively and friendly.
Not put off by my accident we have already booked to return to the same hotel in July 2006. Would strongly recommend.

The room was a nice size with a king bed, TV, balcony, fridge (unstocked) you had to pay if you wanted the mini-bar, large bathroom with shampoos etc. and large balcony. The rooms do not have tea & coffee facilities which is a shame.
The hotel is huge and spotless. Could not fault the hotel at all. 1 infinity pool with swim up bar and pool bar, one pool with aqua-qym, and 1 quiet pool with a pool bar. Across the road there was another pool in the sports complex with a slide and pool bar. Sports complex also had ice rink, horse riding, dolphins and football pitch.
We went to the nightclub once which was good fun but paid just under

The staff on the whole are all very friendly and do not look for tips - the service is just the same whether you tip or not, however a couple of people mentioned that if you tipped at the beginning of the holiday, some staff could be a bit too attentive!
Food is quite good, breakfast being our favourite.
Drinks at the swim up bar are fab - they have a daily special cocktail, but ask for a Jamaican - they are lovely. If you like your drinks cold, ask for ice as they do not automatically put this in.
The hotel entertainment is very low key and you do find yourself going to bed around 11.00pm when the entertainment - and the AI drinks stop (why pay for more when you have paid for AI?). There is a disco, but there didn't seem to be anyone bothering.
As mentioned in a previous review the mini-bar is extra and the local supermarket does not sell alcohol, so take advantage of the duty free on the way out - point to note, you need the key card in the wall to keep the electric on, so take a store points card or similar to use, otherwise when you leave the room the fridge goes off.
The only slight dampener on the holiday was that the AI stopped at 12 noon on your departure day, and although you could pay to keep your room on, any food or drinks had to be paid for. We have been on several other AI holidays and everything has been included until you actually board the bus back to the airport - so minus points to the Concorde group for this!

Food was massive buffet with a la carte pasta/pizza. Tons of choice. Very tasty .(don't risk the home made mayonaise though.....). Staff very helpful in all the bars (beach bar boys got a bit grumpy nearer sunset..).
Lots of Russians in hotel who ranged from brusk to very rude. Rooms very comfortable and cleaned daily. Tip little and often ensures great service. Great location. Recommended. Would return tomorrow.

The food is buffet style for all meals, which is good quality but is very repetative and I am glad that we were there for only one week and not two.
The all inclusive drink is only the locally produced and without a bar menu it is difficult to think of other drinks to have other than the normal.
The nightly entertainment is quite poor and appears to be one man and his electric guitar singing the same songs night after night.
The majority of holiday makers at this hotel seams to be Russian and we were supprised at how rude and ill mannered they were towards the staff, treating them like servants.
I would visit this hotel again if they did a b&b basis as I would not want the same food day after day.

Very clean and tidy hotel and surroundings.
Food was very good no upset tummies.
Location was good only a short taxi ride to places like Naama bay.
Staff were very friendly, always smiling and willing to help.
Entertainment was ok but could have been better.
The only downside to the holiday is that all inclusive stopped at 11pm.
If you like the sea then it's worth going just to see the vast amount of different coloured fish all in all 9 out of 10.

Probably the most relaxing holiday we have ever had, even though we went on boat trips, quad bikes and snorkelling. We felt when we had got home that we had chilled out completely.
The hotel was alot bigger than we had expected but was well set out in a village type setting, with plenty of space between the seperate blocks of rooms. A map is available from reception which is very handy at first.
The hotel was kept clean and sparkling, fresh towels and beds changed every day.
The main restaurant offered a wide variety of food to suit everyones tastes and was again spotlessly clean and the food well presented and constantly topped up.
The pool side bar serves food (which again is good) but be warned after 3.00pm the food is stopped until the evening restaurants open at 7.00p.m. Not really what I call All Inclusive as room service is available during these times but at a cost.
We found getting served our drinks in the evening to be easier in the entertainment room downstairs. We did drink in the Piano bar a couple of times when we had been into Naama Bay, but found the staff to be reluctant to serve you and the gave us the feeling that we were limited to drinks.
The Hotel was fairly busy but not over crowded and we always found sun loungers easily enough. Beach towels are also provided free everday.
The steam room and sauna were great, the jacuzzi was only partly working while we were there but my partner paid for a massage and can recommend it.
Overall a lovely hotel in a great spot, great house reef and plenty going on if you want to join in, and much praise to the satff who work very hard and are friendly and smiling (apart from a few in the Piano Bar)
We definately hope to return sometime.

As we were all inclusive we ate in the hotel the majority of the time. The food was "self-service buffet" for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Excellent selection of food but after two weeks was very repetative and we were fed up of the constant scrum. The waiters who are very friendly serve your drinks and clear the plates. A small tip each night will secure your table if you eat at the same time each night, earlier is better.
