Try to get a sea view room overlooking the lovely gardens and sea.
The buffet is excellent and we did not get sick.
Amazing place.

You must upgrade to the best rooms, as all rooms in need of new furniture and decor etc. must have a seaborne or pool view room too.
Charging for wifi in this day and age is disgusting hotels just making money out of you for all extras.

Staff very helpful, good food, rooms very clean. The staff go out of their way to help you day or night. Try the Italian restaurant, it has good steak and you will go back again.

Deluxe & Superior rooms in the main hotel.
Room 1210, spacious and quiet over looking the swimming pool.
Onions is a good restaurant to try, but being on the all inclusive, we did not try, but a lot of guests did.

Even number rooms face the sun, odd number rooms are on the dark side and never see the sun.

Close to Tropicana Grand Oasis is a new retail development 'Savoy', which includes ice skating, bowling, shops and resaurants. This is a very pleasant area with lots of statues, a musical fountain etc. Looks closed during the day (though many of the shops are actually open) due to the mirrored glass fronts. Savoy comes alive at night though, and gets pretty busy.
Slightly further away (most hotels offer a free shuttle) is the town of Naama Bay, which has been created solely for tourists. This is a very large shopping area, with air conditioned Mall's, and many of the popular western eateries (TGI, Hard Rock, McD's, KFC) if you feel homesick.
Unfortuantely, over the last few years the prices in general have increased significantly, making most things more expensive than the UK. It is rather dissapointing the an Egyptian can work from dawn to dusk for 50 LE (Egyptian Pounds) yet it will often cost than amount for three cold drinks! The traders wish to barter, but they start at ridiculous prices - you should be aiming to pay 1/4 of their starting offer. That means that your starting offer needs to be about 1/6! If you can't get the price you think is fair, don't be afraid to walk out - they often come running after you accepting your offer.

the resort is beautiful i love egypt anyway naama bay fantastic at night plenty of bars to visit and the camel bar is bril english pub there tavern rock cafe bril plenty of shops fabulous shopping centre.plenty to do there at night. The beach were we was was rather small and more shingle beach but there are nicer beaches in the resort.
Iwould visit this resort again although would stay in naama bay this time and would go bed and breakfast as there are so many places to eat

A lovely destination to visit, suitable for couples and families, with spectacular beaches and unmissable snorkling opportunities. Sharm has quickly became the new Spain, reasonably priced with bargains to be found when visiting also.

Nabq is very quiet with little or none entertainment outside hotel complex. You will get hassle from shop owners but they are pleasant and not rude. The beach is beautiful but beware you are not allowed to walk out very far - to protect coral otherwise a man will stand and blow a whistle at you - there are no signs to tell you this so of course everyone wades out !

we stayed at the resort for two weeks, when i first arrived i was thinking oh my god, have we made the right choice, it took us ages to find our room!
in the morning we went for breakfast, lovely eating area in the dine around!, after a couple of days we got use to where we were going!
the food was ok, but i dont eat breakfast on holiday as im fussy!
the hotel i thought it was really clean! our room was clean every day, clean sheets everyday, along with clean towels! the cleaners work very hard, they clean 20 rooms each a day!
the location of the hotel was perfect just on the beach!, was hoping for fine sand but it wasnt, however we managed to make sand castles! and my 4 year old never moaned about it!
hotel staff were very friendly!
entertainment work hard, my 9 year old daughter loved the mini discos!
there is also a kids club, which my children only went a few times! thats ok, they are looked after, plenty of drinks for them and ice cream!
also on a tuesday they have an egyptian night, which is £15 each! kids are free!
they have belly dancers, male dancers, arabian horses that dance, the horses are well looked after and beautiful indeed!
not like the ones on the beach which you can ride, they were starved, i never saw them with water only grass! there should be a rspca over there!
we would like to visit again as the weather is lovely, the staff are friendly

The resort is about 20 minutes away from Nama bay, at the back of the hotel there is quads for hire for the kids they are about 7 euros for half an hour brillant fun. There is really all you need around the hotel rather than going into Nama Bay, Nama Bay is not great it's all hassel you don't need. Across the road you have Burger king Mcdonalds tgi fridays is being opened soon, there is lots of little shops selling all your needs and a supermarket, there are plenty of banks they close on a Friday. We done the two water parks Aquapark was'nt great it was to packed and no sunbeds you had to wait ages for rings and was'nt that well supervised, Cleo Park was excellent plenty of rings, beds, and the rides were much safer our kids loved it, there was always 2 lifeguards on each ride one at the top and one on the bottom they were a great fun, our 9 year old loved it no matter what anyone says give cleo park a go it was excellent. You can have a time just chilling out at the hotel or there is loads to be done outside the hotel, no matter what you will have a brillant holiday. Enjoy.

I can't really comment on the resort of Sharm as my children didn't really like going out into the streets. Too much hassle. We did a few trips.

Beach and resort were kept very clean - even the resident camel wore a "nappy" whilst on the beach; as with all of the staff at the Coral Sea Imperial - staff on the beach and surrounding areas were always humerous and very helpful.

we were disappointed with the actual beach ,saying that the snorkeling off the jetty was fantastic, so many pretty fish and lovley coral, how ever you could not spend more that an hour on the beach, as the coral comes up to the beach so you cant paddle out in the water so you bake on the beach or you snorkel in the water ,we love to snorkel but we met some people with small children and they could not cope with the heat ,not a beach for children
