Try to get a sea view room overlooking the lovely gardens and sea.
The buffet is excellent and we did not get sick.
Amazing place.

You must upgrade to the best rooms, as all rooms in need of new furniture and decor etc. must have a seaborne or pool view room too.
Charging for wifi in this day and age is disgusting hotels just making money out of you for all extras.

Staff very helpful, good food, rooms very clean. The staff go out of their way to help you day or night. Try the Italian restaurant, it has good steak and you will go back again.

Room 1210, spacious and quiet over looking the swimming pool.
Onions is a good restaurant to try, but being on the all inclusive, we did not try, but a lot of guests did.
Deluxe & Superior rooms in the main hotel.

Even number rooms face the sun, odd number rooms are on the dark side and never see the sun.

The resort of Sharm El Sheikh is really nice, especially the Hard Rock Cafe which is reasonably priced and very entertaining. The local people can be a bit exhausting and trying to sell you things all the time but so long as you say La Shokran they will go away. I would definitely return to this resort. It's the perfect place for winter sun.

After having visit Naama Bay three Christmas's on the trot - we will certainly be booking again for next year - just at a different hotel.

The resort was about 10 mins outside of Namma Bay. Hotel shuttles did run every few hours into Namma Bay but there was nowhere to walk of alternative bars and restaurants nearby. If ou didn't want to go into Namma then you were stuck!

Sharm is a great place to visit, Nama Bay is good to visit part you do get some hastle to come in to shops and bars just be polite say no thanks and walk on.
Visit old sharm for some shopping bargains like nama you do get some hastle.
When shopping make sure that you are aware of what amount they are asking for so get to know the money, its easy enough.
Egypt has plenty to offer everyone there is something that everyone will enjoy so go on visit and have some fun.

Although the area is potentially a building site there were always people out cleaning the streets. I saw very litter around.
The beach was very clean and again there were people to be seen cleaning this.
I did not see any restuarants or bars around this area

Surprisingly although every second person was smoking you did not wade through numerous fag doubts on the beach, the resort and beach cleanliness was second to none I've seen.
Entertainment was sparse, I would not recommend this place for a family with young children you will be pushed to keep them occupied, once again they were in the act of painting want looked like a creche area, so maybe it's dont go in November as we did. In the bars a group played a few nights a week ( nothing to write home about )and in the other bar a pianist who tried her best but kept hitting wrong notes, killing what she was playing stone dead, your ears could only suffer so much before you lifted your drinks and went elsewhere.

The resort itself is quite small and everything seems to go on in Nama bay.
But the resort was quite clean.
The beach was excellent and there seemed to be a lot going on.
The walk out on the jetty is quite scare as it floats but the fish to been are magnificent very brightly coloured.
I would have no hesitation in visiting the resort again. The only downside is the length of the flight 5.5 hours back to manchester.

the resort is for tourist only. We didnt like the beach too small and cramped, the beach seems to be man made and is not quite what i expected. Had a lovely meal out very good and cheap T-Bone steak approx £5 found all shop keepers very nice not to pushy, Taxi good value but not from the airport would recommend transfer with tour operater. As this resort is made up of hotels cafes and bars you have to travel a long way to see any of the character of egypt. we travelled overnight to the pyramids it was well worth it. I would certainly go back. cant wait

I don't know what the beach was like, we didn't make it there.
Naama Bay itself is OK, but nothing is open during the day so don't bother going there until after 5ish in the evening.
You are constantly harangued by people asking them to come into their shop/restaurant etc. and my fiance was told about 53 times in one night that he's a lucky man for being with me and I think he was about to explode.
The best places by far are Hard Rock Cafe, Camel Bar and Little Buddha. We had a fab Chinese meal at Dragonera which came to about £30 for the two of us. The staff were fab but the only down side was that there are two or three men sitting outside the ladies toilet and they issue you with toilet paper to use when you got in and then give you toilet paper when you come out so you can dry your hands.
The Tavern Bar is advertised as an English bar but it's nothing of the sort. Don't bother going here if you're after a touch of 'home'. Go to Camel bar instead - it's in a better location, has better staff, shows Premiership and European football as well as rugby games and has good music.
