There is no entertainment to comment on but there is so much on offer nearby but I would give a big thumbs up to the Alexandros Taverna left along the beach with beautiful bay view and fantastic food and service.

Ask for a room at the rear of the property otherwise you will be disturbed by road and bar noise.

Not really my cup of tea, Roda itself had a scattering of shops near the beach. I enjoyed a couple of meals on the beach front but was not that impressed with the food that I would visit either taverna again. We had a hire car so were able to find much nicer beaches nearby.
The people are wonderfully polite and friendly. I felt safe walking around at any time of day or night.
I would recommend a visit to Aqualand. It IS expensive but we had a really lovely day there. Also some wonderful beaches and boat rides available if you take the time to search them out.

Small village with shops bars and restaurants. Very friendly and safe. Lovely for families. No night clubs.

Roda itself is quite beautiful with ample bars and restaurants. We never once had a bad meal and my husband can be quite fussy. You must try Maggies for fish and chips (huge portions)and Roda park had excellent greek food, you might have to wait a while but the place is always buzzing. There is a fab bakery which makes the most wonderful cakes - they were huge, and fresh sandwiches which we bought when we went to the beach a few times and also to take back to our hotel. The beach is lovely and very clean. We will certainly be visiting Roda again, but we will stay somewhere other than Spiros No1.

cleanliness was spot on and the resort entertainment was great we often took part in various quizzies and enjoyed eating out, the greek salads and greek garlic bread were yummy!
The Beach was ok water is very shallow and quite alot of seaweed gets washed up and can get quiet smelly.
We would definatley visit Roda again in the future.

Roda is lovely. It is small but has some lovely shops and bars. We especially like "Crusoes" bar where we had drinks a couple of times and also ate here as well, the Scampi is highly recommended. The only downside was the 2 hour journay from the airport, the roads are very, very narrow and very up and down, so it was a long and bumpy journay.

Roda is a lovely laid back resort. Plenty of tavernas and bars for your evening entertainment.
It is all on the flat so it would be no problem for persons with walking difficulties.
The main beach is sand and only a short walk from most appartments and hotels. It shelves very very slowly we walked out at least 150yds and we were only up to our waste so very safe for children.
The local people are very friendly and we made many new friends while being there.
